On the top of my to-do list is the final scene of the melee, although I often pick out whatever is nearest the top of the list that takes the least amount of effort. I am hoping that I might be able to switch to phase 3 at the end of it. Odds are that I'll roll out the Riverlands stuff first as I expect that to take the longest time and then a more gradual release of the entertainment available in the Reach.
This means that any last minute NPC nominations should come in ASAP, I have the feast of champions on the to-do list meaning that the list of who are eligible for challenging to duels will be finalized, so NPC's yet to be nominated there won't be doing anything resulting in duel opportunities. I also have a summing up of the matchmakings on the agenda, the effects of latecomings here may be that the hand sought is spoken for. Bracken and Blackwood points will also be finalized when I get around to sum up the events.
At some point, the NPC's will deal with house fortunes if PC's doesn't put together a suggestion.

Thursday-Sunday, I'll be travelling, and of course I have an (unrelated) assignment due on Monday, meaning that until next week my attention will mostly be elsewhere and next week I'll have a very very long list of items to catch up on, this game, other games (as a player, this is quite enough GM-ing for me), the news cycle and so on.
I'm also thinking that marriages won't get 100% sealed before we're into phase 3, though by then it might be too late to scuttle the plans of others or throw your hat into the competition.

The clock on the phase 2.5 events is ticking, I've put resolving them into my to-do list (some things can be done late, but things like honor first vs victory first and the number of Blackwood/Bracken points scored in total will not be counted once I get around to do the tally), so the deadline is when they get up to the top and I have the time and energy to get them done (Will likely occur over a period of several days).

Event/scene resolutions coming in at a relatively slow pace, but as is standard, wait until everything is done so that all needed updates to the records can be reported in a single post.

So we're headed into transition territory, there's a little bit of work left to start phase 3 stuff and I may or may not have patchy availability for about a week or so because of some RL stuff I need to give as much energy to as I can muster. There are also shiny gifts: greatbastards.boards.net/thread/4/starting-abilities-specialties-destiny-qualities?page=1&scrollTo=17448There are house rules updates incoming, I don't see how anything that isn't yet posted in mechanical discussion for commentary will affect anyone's choices in terms of character sheets. All events and such should now be wrapped up, if I missed anything, let me know. I make mistakes every now and then so feel free to double-check. So for the benefit of new players or forgetful old ones, that and my sanity, I want all gains to be reported in character records in a single post, this includes: -Glory -Chivalry/Virtue -Disposition -Fire/Blood -Fire/Blood affiliation. All gains should be listed separately with a link to the specific post by me (to the post, not the thread) where it was confirmed. At the bottom of the post, I would like a summary like this (in the same order as the post by post layout): Glory at the lists: +1 Glory, +1 Chivalry Midsummer feast: 1 glory spent. DP Spent: Honorable Thing To do. 2xDP Spent: Queer thing, honor. Tragedy of Summerhall: +2 Chivalry Ashford Tourney: +2 chivalry, +2 glory Kingsbridge Tourney: +2 chivalry, +2 glory Vying for favor: +3 glory, +3 chivalry. For dispositions, if the post indicates that dispositions for such and such NPC has been updated, do not report it. Shared faction points have been updated, but individual ones will not be available before reporting and processing. Questions should go in the OOC thread or public Q/A if it's possible someone else might benefit from the answer.

So phase 3 stuff will start rolling out today, so the contents in the following post will be rolled into the house rule threads: greatbastards.boards.net/post/30333/threadNot all the events are ready to go, and will be prioritizing the Riverlands stuff as that's of a sequential nature. Reacher events will be released as they get finalized. Some of the rewards and consequences for the war council missions may be adjusted as things are finalized, there's an overall eye to balance, but some missions are supposed to be more awesome (and dangerous) than others.

Slightly belated note that all changes has been put in, additionally:
-One tweak made to fire/blood stuff is a separate section about special NPC's, there's no more extra point cost, instead there is no more "automatic success" against them. -Animal Cohort Benefit removed. -Added a missing "Break" action for knocking down walls for Warfare.
The warfare scenario's we're having in phase 3 will typically get ad-hoc rules as needed, which likely will be adopted if they work out nicely.

I believe that's the last of the act 1 missions out, so PC's could figure out their priorities for the act 2 set, so I know which ones to start working on.
NPC's will generally pick missions for acts 1 and 2 after PC's have locked in their act 2 choices, with a priority show up as needed to accommodate PC roles (like Normyn and Redtusk are doing for Daeron and Balon), I'll have an eye for the average VP/Strength that PC's (and any NPC's such as Simon that goes off having fun) are aiming for and try to balance that bit out. Most likely there won't be much rolling involved.
I'll probably turn my attention towards the Reach stuff (other than resolving Riverlands missions as PC's does things), meaning any NPC nominations for Cider Ball probably should be offered up soon, (Any player, whether the PC is up in the Riverlands or attending or whatever, can nominate NPC's to be featured, the in-event deadlines are mostly recommended for flow of story, PC's can post their stuff whenever they have the time for it). Else I'll just pick a number of "clones" that will act like a specific NPC would, but really just are background extras (which may be added to the rogue gallery if PC's are looking into their activities).

Will be out of town for four days now, then probably a lot to catch up on when I get back, although I do feel a bit like I'm mostly on top of "leisure-time to-do list".
But responses to various stuff might be delayed until next week.

Updated instructions in the character records thread (shouldn't be relevant before later, but I learned a thing or two about convenience in the bookkeeping since I first wrote that stuff).
Also modified the wealthy benefit in line with existing practice when it comes to events.

So I think it's setting deadlines time, so starting in a week and maybe a little bit extra, I'll be reserving the right to start auto-piloting PC's through act 2 of Riverlands, then we'll see how the big battle progresses, duels are between heroes who can work on their own schedules independent of duels, but will have to engage the autopilot there when it's time to get us to phase 4 which hopefully should be reasonably quick, assuming I can finish up the Oldtown stuff to launch that part.

I decided to "soft-start" Phase 4, because it's dragging out. Not sure how much I'll be rolling out before Riverlands is done.

Those who had in mind to maybe tweak some on their sheets before phase 4 gets underway should probably start to finalize this now.
Almost done wrapping up battle valley and rumors, phase 4 events are of various degrees of readiness. There are some major weddings that possibly will not get featured jousting and things like that even though they absolutely would occur, we shall see.

Also the customary reminder that for my sanity, I'd like all event rewards and the like for phase 3 that goes into character records to be summed up in a single post (with links to the narrator post summing up the event, sometimes the summary post says dispositions were updated, in which case no need to put it on the list).

Updated "Gaining Fire and Blood Points" under those rules, only short term relevant change is the treatment of Faction DoS (which can be gained in Redwyne event), the rest of the mechanic is basically things you can do inside a chronicle only, and it feels like it'll work smoother than how it was in chronicle 1.
"Edge" for Chronicle 2 will probably be refunded and instead be replaced with potentially using faction points for events.
