Balon Blackbriar and Thaddeus Levalle like this

Somewhere in the Heavens, there is a tavern where Lord Karl Willum is rocking upon a chair, a tankard in hand, a song on his lips and a maid upon his knee, across the table Lord Bryce Bridges have joined him, matching him cup for cup, and the maid upon his lap is surely doing more than just sitting on it, there they are joined by Ser Donnel Blackbriar, relaxing after a hard days work of tutoring young Matthis Rowan to become a knight of such honor and prowess as any father would be proud of. It does not take long before Ser Roland Cordwayner raises a toast to his friends heroics at Highgarden. Ser Donnel claims that such is the duty of a true knight, and then promptly list up Ser Roland's accomplishments as if they far outshine his own, before pushing out the door with a smile, this feast are for the honorable dead, and Ser Roland's place is still with the living.
Ser Owen Merryweather gets back to praising Ser Donnel, his own son will not be joining them for many years because of what he did. And thank the Seven for that, he is far too young for the company of Lord Bryce with regained appetites. Ser Donnel protests that it was his son, Ser Titus, who deserves most of the glory. And the room toasts to brave young knight, may he not join them before he has though his grandchildren to properly wield a sword. The staff had prepared a seat for him, but like that reserved for Ser Roland, it will wait for a while longer.
Lord Bryce greets Lord Jon Hightower as an old friend, jesting that Lord Karl has downed three tankards of this barrel without dropping dead, so it should be safe to join the festivities, and he gently chastises his grandnephew, Lord Desmond, for meticulously recording who should pay what share of the tab and come enjoy the good life and good company. In a corner Ser Dagos Manwoody and Ser Walton Wyl prepares a welcome for Ser Balon Blackbriar, it should not be too long, given his character, though the plans they are making are nowhere near as good as the Dornish Red, but this is not apparent to them, to them their ideas becomes ever more promising.
A similar conversation goes on between Lord Quentyn Blackwood and Ser Marlon of Kingsbridge, though their conclusion is that there is no point in waiting around, Ser Otho Bracken will not join them here in the Heavens, no he will go join Ser Bryce Goldstag, Ser Jacelyn Costayne, Ser Gwayne of Longtable, Ser Mallador Flowers, Lady Helicent Cockshaw, Ser Lambert Scorpionbane and Ser Kevan Oakheart down below, and the foul swill they serve there are nothing like the divine treats brought to them.
Ser Paxter Crane, Ser Jarmen Caswell, Ser Edmyn Norcross, Ser Eden Risley, Ser Wendel Webber, Ser Petyr Marbrand and Ser Andros Sunfyre plays a drinking game at an adjacent table, comparing the wounds that felled them at the Black Tourney, all their pains and sorrows forgotten in a place where such things no longer exists. Their neighbors are heroes and warriors of other tales and other times, and while the tavern appears much like the common room of the Golden Rose Inn, it is seemingly of a suitable size for their party and stretching on forever.
Septa Tyane show the latest arrival to where everyone else is staying, but Lady Ashara simply shrugs, grumbling about her image of the Heavens being a place where she can be freed of men, and promptly leaves to find wherever the women are having fun without interruptions from these nuisances. She passes by Lord Ilyn, takes note of his newfound confident and proud posture. Good for him.
