[Branching off from this event - greatbastards.boards.net/thread/1017/phase-toast-who-make-event](Somewhere in the middle of the festivities, after Alliser has told his story)
Alliser sits, minding his own business, pondering whether he should have come here, when he's almost knocked off his chair by a drunkenly swaying man carrying two ale flagons as he walks backwards, laughing at a joke shouted to him from another table. He hurriedly turns and rights himself, not quite drunk enough to lose his reflexes. "Oh! Terribly sorry, Ser!" the young man exclaims, turning to see that he's almost thrown one of his drinks down this poor stranger. "Wasn't looking where I was going." The young man is clearly of Dornish blood, with olive skin and dark hair and eyes, though one of them has a curious pale patch in it, not unlike the mismatched eyes that Alliser knows well. He's a little dishevelled, but even with his doublet slightly open, the sigil of House Starkwood is still partially visible on the left breast panel. He fixes Alliser with an apologetic look, though without losing his general air of levity. "Are you alright?"

Alliser brushes off some ale that had spilled from the cup, I'm getting to old for this...
A charming smile appears as if summoned, "good Ser! It is but a party, what more can be expected except to take part in the festivities" he gestures over to a young women sitting next to him, "this is my daughter Ellyn, and I'm her father, Lord Alliser" he paused a moment before adding in his last name, "LeValle." And waits for the young knights reaction.

Either the young knight does not recognise the name, or does not share the common disdain for House Levalle, for he smiles broadly and bows to Alliser and Ellyn.
"Well met, my Lord, my lady. I am Ser Trystane Sand. My sincere apologies for my rude interruption. I hope you are otherwise enjoying the evening?"

"indeed we are!" Alliser gives a small chuckle. "So Ser Trystane, well met. I see from your tabard that you are an attache of house Starkwood, yet you appear to be from Dorne... So how did you end up serving house Starkwood?"

"Lady Allyria Starkwood is my aunt, my Lord," Trystane answers. "Though I am new to House Starkwood's service, and a newcomer to Westeros in general. Came up from Sunspear at Midsummer to try my hand at the tourney circuits here, though it appears I picked a bad time, with all that is going on. Do you mind if I join you for a time?"

"not at all good Ser. I would love to hear your tales of life in Sunspear and beyond. Hopefully it is less filled with death then the reach has been off late."

"Significantly so, it would seem," Trystane agrees, taking a seat. "Sunspear has been a relative cocoon from the brewing strife up here. I take it House Levalle is as embroiled in the struggle as everyone else? I hasten to add I'm not here to judge sides."
