-The character in question may assume all responsibility for his actions and the matter then automatically goes to trial, he will then be owed a minor or major favor from Bloodraven or Bittersteel (depends on the severity of the possible punishment) for improving the negotiating position of one's side.
Michael will assume full responsibility for his actions.
Trying to wrap my head around this and determine how to use my votes (4) which my understanding is one vote per issue. So far I am thinking:
A vote to have Simon Tarly tried for his crimes.
I remember what Simon did, I need to go back and read what the others did. I imagine all of Mikels votes will go towards holding people accountable for terrible things. I am surprised that on the list Otho isnt featured..he had to do something right?

Otho was more or less out of the war due to a certain ambush. We just happened to attack where he was recuperating.

Lady Gwenys makes a modest figure, a demure contrast to her full sister who already have made her mark with bold statements and baiting of the Brackens, though they appear far too accustomed than to react to it. Lord Eldon would of course not bother the troublesome ride just to spectate matters of little consequence to him, but a man of his power and wealth can still command influence from afar, and not having his lackeys present to exert influence or buy favors by bribing others? He had hoped of course, that one of the hated Starlings had committed a deed so heinous that the crown might have him punished for it, assuming they survived the perils of war of course....not so this time, but Lord Eldon's agent caught whiff of potentially seeking Ser Simon gelded for rape, a world where Tarly's could be gelded would be less pleasant for his master, and thus it would seem prudent to help ensure that the foolish drunkard would escape punishment.
Pursuing a more personal matter: Eldon "assists" the voting, so counts as a status 3 vote against pushing for Simon's Indictment (Brackens) and against allowing it (Blackwoods), if relevant. Careful who you nominate......

For whatever reasons he may have, Lord Mullendore sees fit to highlight the exploits of one young Reacher knight, fresh from winning his spurs by rescuing the fair Lady Falyse and besting The Longthorn in the joust, he forced Ser Otho himself to turn tail and run at Warrior's Seat, proof that not all of The Reachers were knights of summer.
Taking -1D penalty in part to conceal the real effect he's trying to accomplish and because it's not strictly within the bounds of the options given (special clever NPC mechanics): Praise Robyn: 8d6k5+3 25 6d6k3+3 12 5d6k2 93+1+1=5 DoS +3 for success on all=8, so modifier on effect=1 So Robyn's "weighted status rank" is doubled where relevant.

Hardly subtle, or eloquent, Ser Otho speaks harshly, but seems better schooled in law than one might come to expect, even fairly well spoken, not once does he mention such things as his plans to nail all Blackwoods to their dead Weirwood and then set it on fire...while they are still living of course.... Behind closed doors in Lord Bracken's council, he seems mostly concerned with gaining more lands, Pennytree in particular. Oh, and this small matter about Ser Mikel having an appointment with the headsman, although quite that far nobody thinks anyone thinks they could possibly accomplish. Lord Lothston appears to concern himself chiefly with being a good host and otherwise be impartial, providing a safe and neutral space for peace to have a chance at prospering. Some of his guests could perhaps wonder if he knows too much about just which one to single out to lavish special attention upon, but those so singled out are far more likely to not dwell on it, perhaps it is only natural to be treated as such.... Simple intrigue charm: 7d6k5+2 22 Against characters with Decadent....at status 2x6. Probably a success raising disposition towards him by +1 from decadent PC's. Narrator whimsy: When in doubt, have featured NPC's target PC drawbacks in minor ways if it makes sense.

Addam was shocked to hear the news on the war between the Brackens and Blackwoods had turned out. Even with someone of the finest knight the Reach had to offer, it seemed clear that the Blackwoods were the victors. Sure, the brackens had conducted themselves better, but what had that really gained them in the end. Of course, Addam could spin tales of Bracken bravery and heroic to drum up support for them at the peace table, but people were already do that. No, Addam needed to highlight the heinous acts the Blackwoods had commit in the name of victory. That them, and those they support, are no better then the monsters of children tales. Sure they had won, but at what cost. Better to die the hero, then live long enough to see yourself become the villain. Unfortunately, the Lords and Ladies of the court cared little about what some lowly knight from the Reach that couldn't even been bothered to show up had to say on the matter. Fortunately, Addam was a welcomed addition the the Bracken. Perks of being good friends with Bittersteel. While no scholarly or legal expert, he was still able to find loopholes and old forget facts to help the Brackens press their claims. And when all else failed, no one had mastered the art of "well technically speaking" as Addam has.

Lady Mya has a story to tell, of a girl called Marei, daughter of Raventree's Master of Horse and a dear childhood friend, so full of laughter and joy, and very much in love, looking forward to holding her firstborn in her arms. And then the black men came, sent by Bittersteel and lead by none other than Balon The Blackhearted, oh, she got to hold her babe alright, but firstborn? No. For the Blackguard with no right to call himself a knight sliced her belly open and dragged the poor little thing out, leaving her to die in agony from the ordeal clutching the lifeless lump of flush that was supposed to be her joy and wonder. However much truth there may be in them, stories and such vivid images holds power over men's minds. Perhaps those having sided with The Brackens have already decided to believe a different tale, those having supported The Blackwoods surely feel vindicated in having fought under the right banner, for the sheer viciousness of such an act as described is surely something any gallant knight should oppose all those who commit such deeds, or enables those who hold the knife. And a vivid and memorable tale to bring fascination and wonder it might have bee, if not backed by reasonable arguments in the wagging of tongues to follow, noting just how fast news of the event had traveled to The Reach, where Lord Peake and friends were quick to lay the blame on Bloodraven before most of them could have possibly have learned of the raid unless they already were informed by those who took part or ordered it, and were Balon not Lord Peake's creature? If their tale of Bloodraven being behind the plot held any truth, why did the Blackwood accusations arrive well after Starpike had prepared it's defense and had courier's delivered briefings on the strategy to Hammerhal and other places? Zealot: 4d6 16 Pursuing a more personal matter: -Bring Balon to Justice, cannot succeed, but compensation will be granted as per fire/blood rumor mechanics as the most suitable way to process Mya goes (incite), she adds status: 7d6k4+8 314 DoS vs 9, 3 DoS vs 18 Marq disguise, incite: 8d6k5 19 8d6k4 182 DoS vs 9, 1 DoS vs 18 Only 3 DoS vs 18 stands, for effects, but his supplementary materials will strengthen her case as far as narrative purposes goes.

Were he a shrewd man, Ser Daeron would have urged the Brackens to pursue material gains from the treaty. More lands and castles in their hands would change the balance of power in the Riverlands to favor the Brackens and likely the other houses that supported putting the Black Dragon on the throne, a simple equation. However, he was no mathematician nor was he a politician. He was a dragon–vain, capricious, and vengeful–and he was equally interested in seeing blackguards punished as he was advancing the Blackfyre cause.

Bittersteel, though not considered a great orator, is persistent, stubborn and passionate, apparently speaking for Lord Bracken on the matter of Simon Tarly, laying forth the argument that they should think about the next war, and make sure that the pale sorcerer cannot bring the full strength of House Tarly into it on the side of the enemy.

Daeron: 1 vote for Pennytree 1 vote for Mudgrave (generic land transfer) 2 votes to punish Simon 2 votes to punish Rhys 2 votes to punish Ironhand (also stealth adjustment of value of additional hostages in faction points). Which would put demands for Mikel, Rhys and Ironhand to face the music, which those on the Blackwood side can vote about what to do with.
