What is the nature of the Starkwood/Blackbriar conflict? It states that lately it has been peace, but earlier there were disputes on the black vs green in dragonsdance. Also it mentions some border disputes. Do you have anything special in your narrators notes, or are we free to invent? Within the realms of reason of course!

Haven't been any clashes since dance of dragons, I cannot recall anything about border disputes.

I'm on my phone so that might have an effect, but am I able to make a thread in the library folder? Gonna finally meet Lysette!

Thanks!
Another question, because I'm not awake yet: is there a rumours threat floating somewhere that I can't find of all the fun things swirling around? Or are they tracked individually?

They are in the almanac thread. EDIT: at least the public ones. Some are also gained by people seeking out rumors.

Is there a Prince Baelon running around somewhere, or are some of us misspelling Baelor?

Likely a misspelling. As far as i am aware there are only three princes in the game: Prince Baelor, Prince Maekar, and Prince Maron (of Dorne)

I'd like some clarity on giving favour/riding for honour.
1) I'm rather unclear on why it's not 'done' to give a favour to a married man, but it seems like giving one to a member of the Kingsguard is perfectly fine.
2) Riding in your favour - A knight asks for your favour who is also a lord. He's a catch, but not for you. Is asking him to ride in your honour (A) A respectable consolation prize (B) MWAHAHAHA! I won't give you my favour, and I'm going to make it *Reeeealy* awkward for you to ask someone else! You're mine, now, and I won't let you go without a fight!'? Similarly is not offering them anything (A) 'Begone, you scourge of all women, you will find no succour here' (B) 'I don't wish for you to carry my favour, but I'm sure you can find someone else who will'?
3) If there's a successful challenge for your favour after you declare your intent, who gets the +3 disposition for carrying your favour? The original knight you selected, or the one who won the challenge?
4) If you give one knight your favour, and let a more skilled (unmarried) knight ride in your favour, might the knight you gave your favour to feel like he's been a bit set up for a challenge? How 'expected' are challenges?

1. A married man is supposed to be his wife's champion, not someone else's. Also there's some canon precedence for them doing it, though they tend to default to the members of the royal family (Extended in this case).
2. Depends, in theory it's A, and they can always go and ask someone else if they don't like the deal. You could also decline them to ride in your honor, in which case they'd obviously be free to go elsewhere. Some NPC's may be prickly about such things of course.
3. I'll probably be winging dispositions a bit, if you selected one and then he got challenged and defeated, then it's likely more of a 2-2 split than a 3-1 split, depending on circumstances.
4. Depends on context, people understands that the lady might have reasons to pick as she does that doesn't necessarily have anything to do with who's the better knight objectively speaking. The more gallant the knight, the more likely he is to respect a lady's wishes. Vainglorious ones? They'll challenge without thinking.

Also of note is that the NPC's may not be superactive using these options. I'm winging it to some degree, and mostly it's the special NPC's that might decide to have fun.

I'm presuming that Ladies' Stage 2 can't be used to convince a knight to ride in your honor? Even if they aren't riding in anyone else's honor?
