I was looking forward to the scene where Redtusk begs the honor of standing in his place in trial of combat against Ser Normyn since no man is as accursed as the kinslayer and then the two headed troll called Vain and Pride starts whispering in his ears.
I guess I'll have to channel such frustrations into tormenting the newest PC some more (Hi Lynesse!).

Also, I keep forgetting how frustrating it is to have events where all the NPC's decides to partake.
And they're going to ignore whatever they learn from unmasking because I'm lazy, probably.

I'm glad I'm not the newest PC, hehe.

She takes a graceful step forward, until their bodies are almost touching, placing her hand flat over his heart as she looks up at him with lust in her eyes. "Tell me, right now, are your passions helping you with those thoughts, or are they distracting you?" She breathes, as her hand gently and subtly rubs his pectoral muscles.

Would have been good and led to interesting stuff, but hopefully frees time & energy for other story stuff for new and old PCs. To the extent they enjoy being tormented at least.

Hopefully this attachment will work... I was at the museum today and thought the Japanese story in the attachment was appropriately tragic/horrible to serve as ASOIAF RPG inspiration. Has the making of some cool mechanics: Will (Courage) rolls, perhaps Deceit on another roll depending on how you play the scene out. Attachments:

Interesting! Got a photo of the piece itself? Rats, I'm afraid I don't and that search for the image using the play's name plus either the artist or character came up empty handed.

Monstrous backlog means things will be proceeding at a snail's pace. I think I've cleared my part of the rumours stuff but will only be on mobile for a few days as I'm leaving early on holiday tomorrow. Apologies that I'll temporarily be of less help with any number crunching/narrator piloting than usual. Good luck slaying the back log!

So I have an event idea in the Riverlands for Phase 2 that could be fun, introduce a few of the Riverland NPC's, basically a major tourney with a joust and a melee, nothing like the gigantic undertaking at Highgarden, will play out more like a series of random encounters for the PC's involved, NPC on NPC action being up to narrator whim. Going there would mean missing out on various stuff such as the Lysette+Aemon marriage and other stuff, but it could be the only melee during off-season (maybe I could pull off something in phase 4).
Though I'm not going to do any work on that until a PC declares that they'll be going.

What exactly is "other stuff" because my interest is definitely peaked.

Mostly weddings (some having jousts but not melees).
