To make sure I am understanding, Mikel would be 4th tier? Which has no rewards for defeating so he should challenge up (3rd tier) if he wants to win some ransoms.
Considerations:
Mikel has Prejudiced which could easily come into play. Mikel also has Nemesis, if you would like I can include the current list here.
Challenges:
Any three tier three individuals (the socially higher the better) that fit Mikels prejudiced. I will opt for quick resolution.
Favor of a Lady:
Mikel will pick an attractive woman of the small folk and wear her favor in his matches.
Betting:
No bets.
Attendance:
Having strongly considered Nightsong, Mikel will instead be at Crakehall with the other members of House Starkwood.

You get ransoms from wins regardless, if rank 4, you should get +1 glory and chivalry for beating another rank 4, but you'd have to beat rank 3's to get more than that, which is not too likely, but could happen.

Lady Jacelynn seems delighted to have a dashing heir such as Ser Thaddeus riding with her favor, though it seems an unlikely honor to hold for long, as Ser Lewyn Appleton, perhaps more for glory and drama than anything else, or so Thaddeus would surely suspect, openly comes forth to declare that no lady should be suffer the indignity of being championed by a Levalle, in the Riverlands, this would be like having a Frey for a champion! Toll collector, sellsword....Ser Lewyn does not seem to know of any equivalent House of Blackguards in the West, or perhaps wisely electing to be ignorant. 1=rank 4, otherwise rank 5 challengers: 2#1d6 6 4So Thaddeus gets rank 5's for the other two, but Ser Lewyn is rank 3 so ribbon won't likely be held for long...unless epic defense incoming.

Being the son of the king, even though born on the wrong side of the sheets, Daeron does not need to worry about insulting anyone by seizing the initiative to challenge Ser Lyonel and Ser Patrek, although should he carry Lady Lyanna's favor, it may perhaps be considered courteous not pursue her family members, although it would likely all be forgotten by the finals.
That is assuming he could obtain her favor, however.
Can challenge those two.
Simple Intrigue (Charm) vs Lyanna for Daeron.

Leading his armored mount towards the stands Daeron drops the tip of his lance in front of the golden-haired niece of Lord Florent. "Lovely Lady Lyanna, would you honor me by granting me your favor? I promise that your brother will only suffer dust on his armor and harm to his ego."
Daeron hoped that his puckish offer to Lady Lyanna would smooth over any potential ill-feelings for challenging her brother while asking for her favor and at least provide a veneer of normalcy and chivalry to a tourney that had the potential to be a bloody affair. Mikel knew he could not afford the ransom of his plate, so wears his old half-plate and brings his old shield which bore his coat of arms. Following his typical warm-ups for himself and his courser he took his place in the lists, thinking back to when he use to travel the seven kingdoms and supported himself by such contests. What once brought him joy now, or perhaps at least this time, seemed an inconvenience. This'll be over soon enough. He grumbled to himself, before taking some deep breaths as he tried to clear his head. Being a member of such a prominent House as Dayne, and out of the looming shadow of Old Oak and it's effect of sycophants and cowards, only the proudest and most prickly of knights finds their egos bruised by being denied the chance to challenge Ser Tyman. Of Ser Abelar they care, just some rich knight from the far south. But Lord Walgrave is perhaps not entirely without friends in this place, or perhaps just men seeking his favor, or maybe it is merely coincidence that Ser Ormond Hightower, Ser Ethon Marbrand and Ser Victor Kenning all picks him out to challenge. luck TN 9: 2d6 3

Perhaps if Daeron had not been so forward about challenging her brother, Lady Lyanna might offer her favor. She excuses herself with that she would not wish to be in a position where she would have to chose between her brother and her champion to root for. Chance TN 9: 2d6 8

Mikel wins two and draws one against his chosen opponents, neither of whom can be considered a match for his abilities. Two more Westermen challenge him in turn, hardly more notable than the first three he faced.
It's 18 for fighting and 12 for stay in saddle, so it's 2 wins and 1 draw for Mikel. So 2x ransoms. 1=rank 3, 2-5=rank 4, 6-18 rank 5: 3#1d18 9 13 12How many to ignore?: 1d3-1 12x challengers of rank 5.

Surprising no-one, Redtusk challenges Ser Aerion Baratheon, Lord Willem Starling and Ser Titus Blackbriar.
Another unsurprising challenge is from Lord Starling towards Ser Norren, the one-eyed knight's smirk is wiped off his face when he realizes that Kingsbridge has found a way to answer his insult where his prey holds the advantage. The host clenches his teeth, silently praying that his tourney will be remembered for great prowess and not the perpetuation of Reacher feuds and grievances.

Davos was neither confident enough in his jousting skills nor, with most of his personal wealth tied up in holdings on the other side of the narrow sea, rich enough to risk his finest armor. He felt comfortable enough using his favorite horse, though. He struck a balance between offense and defense, bracing himself hard in his saddle, but putting more emphasis on striking a solid blow than using his shield to deflect his opponent's lance. He seeks out opponents of similar skill from notable houses, inadvertently selecting the heir to each. First he jousts against the heir of the hosting house - Ser Tyman Crakehall. After a number of passes, a draw is called. Some may whisper that Davos intentionally didn't unseat the young knight, but those that know him or have an eye enough to judge would know that this is not true. Next he challenges Ser Abelar Hightower. Davos isn't quite sure what Ser Abelar's relation is to his... friend?... Lady Janna, but he figures that a friendly tilt against the man would not cause any hard feelings. It's not like he was wearing her favor, making it seems as if she were rooting against her own family. Regardless, he unseats the Reacher knight on the second pass. He had intended to challenge Ser Loren Lannister next, but was challenged by Ser Ormund Hightower. Davos was not particularly familiar with the man, so perhaps it was reclaim his family's honor or some such, or perhaps he just thought that Davos would be the right kind of opponent. As their horses thundered towards each other in the first pass, Davos used the same braced-but-agressive strategy he had previously, but as they passed on opposite sides of the lists he felt a hard impact and a moment of free-fall. Then there was nothing.
If quick resolution is not appropriate for any of these, let me know. Note, for RP purposes Davos is using Noble style. As far as I can tell, that has no impact on the mechanics. Stone-faced at Lyanna's rejection, some in the crowd held their breath while they waited to see how the mercurial Wildfyre would react to being rejected. Only when his face cracked a smile did they permit themselves another breath. "Of course my lady, it was thoughtless of me to place you in this position and prudent of yourself to extricate yourself. Perhaps someday you'll find that you don't have to decide between myself and your family." With a coy wink and nod, he turns his horse away and joins the other knights. He wouldn't insult the Florents by chasing after someone else's favor. Ser Lyonel Baratheon had halted Daeron's unexpected run at Highgarden and Daeron had not exhibited his best qualities following that defeat. However, at that time he was a summer knight-green as grass-and lacked the skills to win and the maturity to accept the loss. Most importantly for this tourney, Ser Lyonel was an honorable knight who wouldn't attempt any dirty tricks that might leave Daeron unable to focus on what was really important at this event. Keeping Lord Starling safe. Against the laughing Baratheon, it only took two rounds before Daeron was dehorsed. Upset that his participation in the tourney was over so soon, seeing that Ser Lyonel was also being helped off of the ground quickly raised his spirits. Helping the Baratheon heir to his feet, he managed to give a small grin. He hadn't won, but he also hadn't lost which was a marginal improvement over last time. His only injury being dust on his armor, Daeron was quick to remount and make it to his next challenge. Ser Patrek Florent was a formidable fighter, the best that House Florent had to offer, but Daeron knew that he was even better and he wanted everyone else to know so that Ser Aemon or Lord Florent wouldn't be so quick to dismiss the potential value he had as a knight. Wildfyre was a proud retainer of House Starling, but it was the goal of every knight to move up in the world and marrying into one of the Reach's most powerful houses would only serve to enrich him further. Ser Patrek was a good matchup for him, breaking four lances against him before the Florent knight went down on their fifth pass. Not wanting to rub too much salt in any wounds, he simply pulls up his visor and gives a bow to Lady Lyanna. "I'm not familiar with the rules my lady, but I hope that it isn't too late for you to change your mind."
Wearing Superior Plate, riding Superior Destrier-should Rennifer or Norren challenge him he wouldn't have time to change his equipment. Roland was a proud knight, unlikely to turn away a worthy challenger. But his pride was well earned, built up through successes and failures at the tilting yard and then demonstrated in the reach and beyond. From the battlefields of the Dornish Marches, to the tourney fields of the Reach, the Riverlands, the Stormlands and the Westerlands men knew to fear the humble boots of House Cordwayner. Or if they did know know, they soon learned at the tip of a lance. Roland's three challenges ended in decisive victories, and there always the potential for mishap during a tourney. His challenges favoured men of the Westerlands, for he had tried many of the knights of the Reach already and was keen to match himself against a new region. And indeed to show that the best of the Reach was superior to vaunted knights from other kingdoms.
