Seizing the opportunity when presented, Thaddeus crashes Robyn's hammer straight into Quentin's chest, not only knocking the air out of the Lord's lungs but caving the breastplate inwards, stifling his breath.
CD: 10 AR: 10 Health: 5/9 F/I/W: 0/0/0 R4 - Aim+Attack v Lord Flowers: 7d6k3+1 19 - 4 DoS á 4/DoS = 16-10 = 6dmg, -2 AR edit: 1b too many. dropping 1b: 1d7 1 - New roll 18 - think that's still 4 DoS?

Thaddeus blow renders Lord Quentin's shield mostly useless and definitely caused enough damage to be felt for days, the reply is a two-handed slash which would have taken Thaddeus' head if his gorget had not been properly fastened, a little more force and the blow might have done more than provoking a choking sensation. The on-lookers might wonder if either man is going to participate in the melee, given the injuries sustained.
Still has 2 CD worth of shield left, or rather, had. CD: 4 (6) AR: 10 Health: 2/12 Injuries: 1 Aim+Reckless: 7d6k4 22 3*7-10=11 damage. Takes fatigue on attack to ignore AP.

The lordling reels backwards from the sheer force of the blow. His response is swift and ruthless but he lacks the strength to put true force behind the strike. Quentin's armour has seen better days though and it would require a blacksmith to get him out of the battered thing.
Thaddeus takes 2 Injuries to stay in the game CD: 10 AR: 10 Health: 3/9 F/I/W: 0/2/0 R5 - Aim+Attack v Lord Flowers: 6d6k3-1 15 - 3 DoS - 2dmg, -2 AR

By my count: 5-11=-6, needing 3 injuries since you only get back 3 for each one with Endurance 3, 14 remains 3 DoS, you could quit instead given how 2 DoS will make you take wounds.
CD: 6 AR: 8 Health: 4/12 Injuries: 2 Fatigue: 1

Can Quentin take Wounds?
Also, question: With Shattering, is there an order to what gets penalised first? Or is it attacker’s choice? Or defender’s? Just caught that whilst in R4 I said Shattering would affect AR it was put on CD.
So should Quentin not be CD: 4 (Base 8 (10-2 Shattering) -5 Reckless -2 from dropping shield +3 Ignore AP) and Armour: 8 in R5? Meaning Thad on 3 DoS deals 4dmg, forcing another Injury?

He does have the Tourney Knight Benefit which implies he can take them, but he's a fringe case being based off a secondary template with benefits, so up to narrator whims. In my head he'll yield before that is put to the test.
Shattering targets defensive bonus first, then AR.

Having drilled extensively with Ser Normyn, his uncle, they would surely insists until the end of their days, Lord Quentin knows a thing or two about pacing and wearing out one's opponent, but so does Ser Robyn, as made plain when the formidable Ser Titus slowly and surely had been bruised and battered with the very same hammer Thaddeus now wields.

Btw, should he not be on 2/12 Health still? As Injuries only reduce damage, rather than restore it?

Not how we are interpreting those rules, taking injury heals endurance rank worth of health.

The weight of the hammer seems to have grown too much for the young fox, or perhaps he deemed it having served it's purpose? Either way he discards off it and pulls his longsword, nipping at Quentin's joints - more an annoyance than any real threat, but both combatants are growing tired from exhaustion and blood loss.
Cool beans. Think you kept 1 too many die there but it makes no difference. CD: 14 (10) AR: 10 Health: 5/9 F/I/W: 1/0/1 FA: Drop Warhammer LA: Pull Superior Longsword R6 - Attack v Lord Flowers: 6d6k4 16 That thing about stones and glass houses. 1 die too many kept. New roll 14 - 2 DoS and 10-8 = 2 dmg Will take Fatigue to ignore AP if attacked

The crowd starts wondering if maybe someone shouldn't break up his duel, but such a thought appears not yet to have occurred to the Butterwells.

The same seems to occur to Thaddeus who tries to bring it to an end, feinting toward Quentin's shieldarm he turns the blade mid-strike and delivers a savage blow to the lord's collar.
CD: 9 (10) AR: 10 Health: 5/9 F/I/W: 2/0/1 Spends Fatigue to ignore Wound for 1 round R8 - Distract (+1D from Knockdown) v Lord Flowers: 5d6-2 13 - Pass? -3 to CD R8 - Reckless v Lord Flowers: 8d6k5-1 20 - 3 DoS even if Distract succeeded - 5*3=15-8= 7dmgWill spend Fatigue to ignore AP if attacked
