Make a separate thread for your personal combat scene where you put in your rolls, the event thread will be for NPC on NPC action only.
Using lances beyond this point is a vile act: -1 chivalry.
Each character must make a warfare(tactics) TN 9 test, and may indicate any favored opponent(s) (or generic group, like how challenging an opponent, on a specific team, on a team of a specific faction), number of DoS determines how successful one is. Bonuses based on team captain to the roll: Roland: +3B+4 (Or +1D+1B+3) Daemon: +2B+3 (Or +1D+3) Bittersteel: +1B+3 Redtusk: +2 Robb: +2 Maekar: +2 Stormbreaker: +3
There is a time limit of five combat rounds on these duels, if left unresolved by then, you count as absent for global effects in the next scene and will end up on a random squad. (If an officer, this also means your command for scene 5 automatically becomes 0 DoS result).
If finished with your duel ahead of time, you may take the following actions for any leftover rounds: -Catch your Breath (as normal). -Charge an opponent (either enter someone else's personal combat or engage with someone who also have downed his opponent.) -Find your lieutenant (grant +1 to his scene 5 command test). -Rally your squad (lieutenants only, gain +2 to your scene 5 command test).
The following characters are not present for this scene: Damon Lannister Willem Redwyne Robyn Rhysling Captains and their reserve squads.
It will not be possible to reach whoever you jousted against in this scene.
It will not be possible for Balon to reach the following characters (due to overall Bittersteel strategy): Ulbert Starkwood Humfrey Harding Imre Orme Gyles Blount Flement Hutcheson Sebaston Rowan Cleyton Bolton Barth Dunn Kevan Stackhouse Brynden Butterwell Alekyne Yelshire Ronnet Vypren
It is ambiguous where other PC's are, thus allowing these full pick.
Character going into this scene with less than full health (1-2 points of damage that might have resulted from 1 DoS hits against AR 7 is not tracked by management). Raymun Lyberr 6/12, 2 injuries. Qhorin Rowan 4/12, 3 injuries. Alliser 3/9 Ronnet Vypren 4/9

"Seven Hells!" Ser Aemon is the first to take note, perhaps even before the knights of kingsbridge who are much closer. Ser Otho Bracken have positioned himself dangerously close to Lord Blackwood, and that man was not like to be noble. Ser Marlon valiantly rides to interpose himself but that only slows down the Brute of Bracken by the time it takes him to slam his morningstar with such force that when he pulls it loose, Ser Marlon's visor is ripped off to reveal a mangled mass of meat where there should be a face. The brute is already charging away when Marlon's limp body slides off his horse, he thunders down the path opened for him when Ser Balon engages Ser Vardis, hindering him from aiding (or avenge) his companion. Lord Blackwood weathers the first assault and holds his own, getting in some strong attacks with his sword. But in one fatal moment he is brought off balance giving Ser Otho the time to line up the sort of strike for which he is so widely feared, he hits Lord Blackwood cleanly on the head with enough force to fell a Bull on the spot. None of this has been noticed by Lord Willem Starling, concerned with gallantly helping an unconscious Ser Eldred Yronwood off the field, by the time he makes his way back to lead his squad, it turns out that he no longer have one.

Lord Walgrave Oakheart picks out Ser Gyles Blount, but the Crownlands knight gives a good account of himself, holding his own and even surpassing his opponent, the stubborn old man does not know when to quit and Ser Gyles is badly battered and almost spent when Lord Oakheart is finally knocked out of the fight.

Ser Aerion gets picked out by Ser Sigfryd Bulwer, he barely sustains the opening assault against him and delivers a vicious counterattack that makes his foe yield. Meanwhile, Lord Alliser yields early after getting on a back-footing facing Ser Loras Blackbar.

Farman Flowers does not win any accolades for valor, he picks out Jon Starkwood that has been separate from his team, easily dispatches the man and then focuses on assembling his squad rather than find other opponents to match swords with. Normyn Flowers is more daring and effective, thinning out the ranks of Ser Sebaston Rowan by taking out Ser Barth Dunn and Ser Kevan Stackhouse, the latter he knocks out with a blow to the helm that rings out across the battlefield. Having a more practical sort of gallantry than say, Lord Starling, he simply has Ser Arron of Antlers escort the unconcious Ser Kevan to safety rather than to do it himself and leave his squad without leadership. Imry Levalle is not his collegues equal in pragmatism, he easily takes out Ser Raymun a straggler already weakened, but the man insist on escorting his downed foe off the field himself.

Lord Owen Roxton takes advantage of Ser Robyn Rhysling's absence to single-handedly annihilate his squad with Orphan-Maker. Parmen seeks out Ser Robert Swann but instead faces Ser Orton Ambrose on Ser Daemon's team, which he defeats with great difficulty.

Lord Peake overcomes Ser Sandor Costayne with not too much trouble, then focuses on rallying his squad. Ser Aubrey Ambrose does not go along with the plan of focusing on Prince Maekar just to take advantage of all the foul alliances in play, instead he seeks out challenges, Ser Mark Edgerton is the shield of Lady Meadows, of which foul rumors swirls, he does not like the implications of them, but any man standing up for her is fair game. Then he spots the nasty Scorpionbane pressing a half-Dornish off his balance, usually he would not interfere in a noble duel but to risk seeing too late what Lord Middlebury's rabid dog might do, he spurs his charger to intercept, what follows is a tough fight between the graceful swordplay of Ser Aubrey and Ser Lambert's savage and ferocious blows with the morningstar, the duel ends without a victor and both men will be feeling it's effects for the rest of the melee.

Lord Ulbert Starkwood quickly assesses the situation he is up against and leaps into action, unhorsing Sers Bors Buckwell and Theomore Frey in quick succession to thin out Lord Walgrave's team, then moving on to Ser Normyn's totake the pressure off Ser Sebaston's flank by doing the same to Ser Jared Vance and Ser Elwood Stackspear on Normyn Flower's team. An effective display for a man only caring about getting the job done without any flashy displays.

In the eyes of Lord Leo Tyrell, the two highest ranked teams should clash against each other, and he will not take on a man of lesser skill just because he is needed to lead his squad, a true lord leads from the front! Picking a man equally capable as yourself sometimes gets you into trouble if luck is on his side and not yours. Ser Arlan takes iniative and forces Lord Leo to yield.
