As the jousting had began to conclude for the day Mikel decided to follow a thought which he had trouble dismissing. Making his way to the Golden Rose in plain clothing he sat quietly in a corner and looked around at the other patrons to determine if any of Merryweathers house were present and drinking. He was hoping to get lucky and find some men at arms who were deep in their drinks and speaking without thought. He hoped he might overhear what went on that night and had come with enough coin to send enough rounds their way to support his cause, but for now he sat quietly, watched, and listened.
[OOC: Mikel is content to spend a fair amount of time here but will be attending the Mummer's Event and if he had no success before it will return afterwards]
