Ser Theon had weathered the onslaught of Lord Starling's challenge against the knights of Longtable, having fought to a draw against Ser Addam. Clearly someone did not wish to see him proceed any further.
You don't get tourney knight to stay in saddle. Also, show-off is -2 so that should be +9 not +11 by my count.
Theon is: AH 3D+2B Fighting 4D+2B Endurance 3 Destrier Standardized Full Plate

Both knights were hurled from their saddles, a surprise to many seasoned onlookers. Ser Donnel's showboating hadn't quite come off, but mayhap he'd have a chance to win himself passage to the fifth round with his sword arm. So that's 4 damage to Donnel before CyB, and should be the same to Theon I think?

As swift as Ser Theon was, Ser Donnels better armor proved to be the difference. Although slovenly at the start of the joust, a tumble to the ground proved most efficient to get his blood flowing. As soon as his head had stopped spinning, and he knows his opponent is in good shape, ser Donnel charges towards the younger knight.

You're remembering the +2 damage for charging?

Ser Theon was caught off guard by his foe's speed. The old warhorse can't be that quick, I should be able to ring his helm.
Sadly for Theon, Ser Donnel's sword struck him before he had even completed his thought, finishing the work his lance has started.
Theon was defeated and Ser Donnel's progress to the fifth round was secured, albeit in unexpected fashion.
Ransom: Standardised Full Plate Destrier

Ser Donnel helps his foe to his feet, complimenting him on his jousting, before leaving. Under the helmet, Ser Donnels blood is boiling in embarrasment. To be unseated by a man of so limited caliber!
