It is somewhat peculiar for Lord Tyrell to personally get involved in the planning of events like these, there are at least half a dozen mummer's troupes of some skill and renown (and many more with less of both) having come to the tourney to ply their trades, but the man lacks both the interest and finesse to be able to pretend that there is no political motive behind hosting a show in his garden auditorium. That the troupe is sponsored by Lord Peake adds an additional hint. Though to what degree Lord Leo is simply pandering to one of his chief bannermen or share his motive is unclear.
There are limited seats, so a Status (Reputation) +chivalry/virtue TN 12 is required for entry.
Once inside, there is opportunity to gain insight into the motivations of the host and other nobles.
Stage 1: Awareness (Empathy) TN 12 Cunning (Logic) TN 12
Each DoS will grant some interesting information to the observant and add +1 to the stage 2 test, critical failure is where it gets interesting.
Stage 2: For the particularly daring, there is opportunity to spin the show and it's interpretation into a self-serving tale, though this is a rather dangerous game.
Persuasion (Incite) or Deception (Act) add chivalry/virtue, the latter is a subtle option, the former very much not so.
Pick a target before rolling, Great Bastard applies for +1D, You may opt to assist another rather than attempt the test, but this must be declared before any dice are rolled.
Blood: Target Daemon Blackfyre TN 21 for 3 points per DoS Target Lord Tyrell TN 18 for 2 points per DoS Target Lord Peake TN 15 for 1 point per DoS
Fire: Target King Daeron TN 21 For 3 points per DoS Target Prince Baelor TN 18 For 2 points per DoS Target Lord Rowan TN 15 for 1 point per DoS
Consequences: Each point gained counts as +1 DoS towards influencing fire/blood via rumors (counts as being earned during day 8) The side gaining the highest total number of points : +2 Fire/Blood Critical Failure: -5 disposition towards you from one high ranking member of the opposing faction per point given per DoS of your chosen option. Persuasion tests will mark you as being a Targaryen Loyalist or Blackfyre Supporter, failed tests may give rise to rivalries, possibly tourney challenges, critical failures gets even more interesting. You may expect disposition changes (net total change of 0).

"This is.. unsubtle." Ashara whispers to to Ser Mikel and Ser Cleyton, sitting on either side of her. "Lord Tyrell is clearly trying to promote support for the false notion that Ser Daemon is the rightful inheritor of the throne. Unsubtle, and not terribly well done. We are simply supposed to believe that the 'true dragon's' supporters are correct that the false dragon is indeed false. Like our current situation, there is no objective reason to accept that claim as truth - and plenty of reason to consider the supporters to simply be trying to profit off of the 'true dragon's' ascension. I don't know if Lord Leo is acting out of ambition or has been misled by those who are like a horse on a lead - either way, this play reflects poorly on him."
Entry Status (Reputation) +chivalry/virtue TN 12: 4d6+5 20 success (apologies for not labeling with the event) Stage 1: Mummers S1 Awareness (Empathy) TN 12: 6d6k4+3 15 1 DoS Mummers S1 Cunning (Logic) TN 12: 3d6 9 non-critical fail, 0 DoS Three below average rolls, one a "natural 1" statistically speaking. Time to make another sacrifice to Orokos, perhaps . At least there are no dire consequences.
Stage 2: Target Lord Tyrell TN 18 for 2 points per DoS
And the streak of crappy rolls continues...
In the theme of low odds, 4 Starkwood PCs have rolled for Stage 1. All 4 of us have gotten exactly 15 on the Awareness test. There is less than a 0.4% chance of us rolling the same number, though of the various numbers we could match on (7-18), 15 is the third most likely at ~19% (the highest is 14 and 2nd highest is 13).

Entry{OOC: Accidently hit enter on orokos before putting in my character’s name or labeling the campaign. It should still be easy to track and the contest for the die roll is labeled}. Mummers (Entry): Status(Reputation) + 3 {TN12}: 6d6k4+3 23 SuccessStage 1:{D7} Mummers: Awareness (TN12): 3d6 6 Crit Fail{D7} Mummers: Cunning (TN12): 3d6 11 Simple Failure____________________________________________________________________________ In Parmen’s mind the only real difference between mummers and drunken sailors newly arrived in port was that the mummers demanded good coin in order to act like fools in front of a crowd. Alys however delighted in the performances and would actually tear up during the climatic scenes. To make her happy he made an effort to get good seats and to invite her twin sister to join them. The two young women were palpably excited to watch the famous troupe of actors while sitting in the presence of such a noble company. They chattered and giggled right up until the first performer walked onto the stage and then they leaned forward in their seats like birds ready to fly away, instantly becoming engrossed in the performance. For a few minutes even Parmen found himself enjoying the night and if he couldn’t understand half of what the mummers on stage were saying then at least the company was pleasant. Then he fell asleep. Maybe it was fatigue from the mock battle or the first three rounds of jousting. Whatever the reason, one moment he was shifting to get comfortable in his seat and the next he was opening his eyes to see the nobles in the two rows in front staring at him while he tried to wipe drool off of his chin. Alys’ normally recient face wore a look that was so openly a mix of shock, pity, and embarrassment that it would have made him smile if it had not been directed at him. Shit.

Septon Abelar finds his way through the crowd. Such unwholesome entertainment is not his preferred pastime, but with half of the court present, one must needs make compromises to wield any influence at all. Besides, my presence will keep the debauch at least somewhat in line. Nevertheless, he had a sinking feeling. Mummers often make the clergy into the butt of their idiotic japes. As if nobody had ever noted the contradictions of a pregnant septa or a ribald man of the cloth! His cheeks begin to burn for a moment when he remembers that first festival day back in Oldtown, when the mummer's troupe had told the tale of "Septon Handcock, blessed with seven stout inches of flesh, but cursed with seven holy vows." The boy Abelar had rushed out into the street to stop and warn them that they were mocking the gods. But the crowd just laughed all the harder and pelted him with rotten vegetables. Mummers . . . blast them all, Father.

Mummer's Dragon Status (Reputation): 3d6k3+3 14 - Entry Pass Mummer's Awareness: 3d6k3 15 - 1 DoS Mummer;s - Cunning: 4d6k4 19 - 2 DoS More RP after information. CLeyton was enjoying himself watching the entertainment provided by the mummers and exchanging small talk while walking through the crowd with a smiling face and a drink on his hand. The things that caught his attention was many noble people where present so he became more careful with his interactions and a bit more reserved while still enjoying the performances regarding of how crude some of them where. Edit: Clayton will assist Ashara.

Mikel will be assisting Ashara, +1.
Mikel enjoys the company of Lady Ashara and Ser Cleyton throughout the show. He appreciates when Ashara offers explanation because when he does manage to pay attention he isn't entirely sure he understands what he is watching. Sitting here quietly a variety of thoughts swirl through his head. The show is almost the perfect excuse to let them run wild as he attempts to capture and force each to submit to his reasoning and will one at a time.

It was an obvious jab at King Daeron and showed how Daemon Blackfyre was the true and rightful king but Balon felt the play wasn't forceful enough in driving home the point of Ser Daemon's legitimacy. After the play had concluded Balon assisted his mother in helping knights and lords understand what the play's message was. Balon smiled as his mother used a deft touch to bring people to the right conclusion. Despite her poor reputation Shiera knew exactly what to say and how to say it. Balon used his natural charm to help with any lord that still wavered in the meaning of the play. For as poorly as his previous meeting with Lady Maegelle had gone it lifted his spirits to see her and Ser Normyn so vociferous in their support of Ser Daemon. With any luck this will help end the betrothal to Ashara. He wanted to go over and speak with them but he knew it was too soon to approach them. While moving through the room he saw Lady Jeyne and stopped dead in his tracks when he saw what she was wearing. Look away you fool. Don't stare. You'll get to see her again soon enough. The late entrance of Lady Laena Pyre didn't escape his notice and he felt a compulsion to talk to her during the intermission but if Titus and Donnel were willing to confront him over Ashara he couldn't begin to imagine would Laena would say or do. Instead he approached Ser Daeron Waters and Ser Addam to talk about the play and it's meaning. After the plays conclusion Balon worked the crowd, all smiles and charm. In part he was trying to counter the narrative that he was a murder and a brute but more importantly he spent the evening glorifying Ser Daemon and his supporters.

Septon Abelar mutters as he moves through the crowd. Instead of channeling the symbolism of the mummers' show itself, he seeks for his audience to look around the chamber and judge the reactions of those around him. "Ho there, excuse me. I couldn't hear you over Lord Peake's laughter. Do you think he's too drunk?"
"Eyes front, my son. 'Tis true that she's showing more bosom than necessary, but perhaps Lord Peake is willing to use some of his wife's honey to catch what he wants. See how she's leaning in like that? Wait, I said don't look!"
"Of course Lord Gormon would find that amusing. Only a man full of treasonous biles and humors would."
