Roland had seen Ser Davos ride so far at this tourney and knew the man a little by his fine reputation. Hopefully Roland's own marriage would prove to be a happier one than the valiant Ser Davos's. The two would have a chance to converse, whatever the outcome in the lists. Know opponent Davos Banefort - Knowledge (Tournaments): 5d6k3 9Noble, eyes fixed unless the knowledge rolls suggest a different approach. PR: 21 AR: 11->13 Health: 12/12 I/W/F: 0/0/0

Though Ser Davos is not known for any particular tendency, Roland has become accustomed to opponents often employing more desperate tactics when faced with one considered the favorite against them. Which Roland is to most of those he faces. Davos HiS, EF: 5d6k3+11 26 6d6k4-2 14 4d6 15PR 21 AR: 10 (12) Health: 12 So TN 14 SiS, 20-13=7 damage.

Roland rode poorly, based on his previous exploits and seemed troubled by a lingering cough, struggling to catch his breath in the saddle. v Davos Banefort P1-2: 2#8d6k4+10 28 30 2#6d6k4+1 13 22 2#6d6k4 8 6- Will need to Blood of the Andals that stay in Saddle roll for P1. - And will go do different tactics for P2 given shocking Catch your Breath rolls, to avoid another hit risking an injury. Probably easiest just to drop the eyes fixed from P2, so that's a 28 not a 30. PR: 21 AR: 11->13 Health: 7/12 (after P1) I/W/F: 0/0/0

Though Roland's lance hits much better than his adversary on the second tilt, Ser Davos sits too well in the saddle. Davos HiS: 5d6k3+9 19 6d6k4-2 17 4d6 16PR 21 AR: 10 (12) Health: 12/12

Out of sorts initially, Roland found his mark after a characteristic prayer to the Warrior. P3 v Davos N, EF (Pious): 9d6k5+10 39 6d6k4+1 21 6d6k4 16PR: 21 AR: 11->13 Health: 9/12 (after P2) I/W/F: 0/0/0

Though Ser Davos does not ride poorly, it would have taken something truly special to withstand Roland's blow, this he does not produce.
PR 21 AR: 10 (12) Health: 12/12 Davos HiS: 5d6k3+9 23 6d6k4-2 15 4d6 11Crunch? Well, it's noble so 20-12, plus some falling off the horse damage, he'll be fine, maybe an injury or two.
