Robyn was exhausted.
The melee was taking everything out of him, and while his grip on the reigns never faltered from the blows, he was getting more tired assisting his friends and rushing off to take on more for himself. His pride was starting to take a toll on his body, and as a gasp of exhaustion heaved his armor down, he almost considered letting it go and ask for some help from Mikel....
Then he saw Redtusk, and his Pride fueled his spirit once more.
Howling above the crowd of men clashing, he leveled his sword to the demigod, "Redtusk!! If you would do me the honor of falling to my blade, I would be ever grateful!"
Robyn will challenge Redtusk to Option 1 in the Melee
He took 13 Damage in the initial push, leaving him with
Health: 11/24 CD: 13 AR: 11
Superior Destrier w/ Plate Barding Superior Full Plate Superior Long Sword Superior Large Shield Superior Flail

"And lose on purpose?" Redtusk bellows in return. "They teach you that in the woods?!"
Robyn would need to take an injury, so would have more health, but the -1 penalty. Redtusk: Health 16/24 CD: 14 AR: 11 Injuries: 1 (Tough) Initiative: 6d6k4-1 14Uses Longsword, Courser, presumably a backup bludgeon. All superior.

"Nay, I learned it in your mother's bedchambers! She fell for my blade *very* quickly," He laughed, the kind of laugh that can only come from staring down a superior opponent and taunting instead of running, "I was hoping it ran in the family!!"
TaN: Initiative (-2 For AP): 3d6-2 8 Welp, at least he challenged him! Health: 15/24 CD: 13 AR: 11 Injury: 1

Redtusk shakes his head. "Perhaps I knighted you too young, not enough time to beat some matters into that head!"Something tells Robyn that the man intends to do something about that.
Redtusk: Health 16/24 CD: 17 (14) AR: 11 Injuries: 1 (Tough) Maneuver+Cautious attack: 9d6k5+3 30 9d6k4+3 24So that's at least 2 DoS Maneuver for -1D to Robyn's attack and 3 DoS for 18-11=7 damage.....someone feels compelled to try and keep Robyn from even getting through with a single point of damage. Also a little Disposition hit (of uncertain size, since Robyn appears not to have an entry in the spreadsheet on Redtusk's row, so I just winged what the size of it should be afterwards), that's taking it a little too far even for someone that likes trading banter.

Wincing beneath his helm, Redwolf parried the blow as best he could as he raised his shield. That had some force behind it, and while Robyn had no intention of actually causing offense, he wondered if Redtusk had lost his sense of humor when he signed up for the Bracken front.. That blow certainly suggested as such. God, this Appleton Feast was the worst party he had ever been to. Dropping his shield and sword, he grabbed the massive flail he was only intending on using if he was taken off his horse. But to even damage Redtusk, he would need to pull a drastic move, and despite leaving himself completely exposed, this strike was the best he could do. Raising it high above his head, he slammed it down with all his might, barely grabbing his reigns to prevent falling off. "My apologies, ser, may I please have some more?"
I didnt expect him to be so hurt by that... guess those Bracken dogs ate his banter bone, too Dropping his shield, he draws his Superior Flail to swing down at Redtusk. Not sure if that takes a lesser action (pretty sure it does) so will roll the Aim separate just in case. TaN: Reckless Attack Superior Flail (+1D for Reckless, +1 Superior weapon, +1 Talented, -1D Maneuver, -1b Training, -1 Injury): 7d6k4+1 20 Because of Powerful, that is 2 DoS for 8x2=16-11=5 Damage. But honestly that is more than i thought I would get anyway. Also, shattering 1, -1 to his CD. Health: 8/24 CD: 4 (-5 for Reckless, -4 for dropping shield) AR: 11 Injury: 1

Redtusk replies with his sword, Robyn giving him a much larger opening than a swordsman of his skill needs to press the advantage.
Redtusk: Health 11/24 CD: 16 (13) AR: 11 Injuries: 1 (Tough) Maneuver+Cautious attack: 9d6k5+3 27 9d6k4+3 26Since Robyn went reckless, I guess he should have used LBF I, but still that's still successful maneuver and a 4 DoS for 24-11=13 damage, so shouldn't matter.

Taking his lumps in kind, Robyn yields, leaving the melee as quickly as he can.
He hoped everyone would soon forget about the poor showing he had at this tournament, both on the field and in the joust. He was a tourney knight, but his lack of winnings proved otherwise.
He runs out of health this round, so he is done. Is there a possibility that he could have an intrigue with him after? Robyn's only goal is to apologize and boost his disposition back up, since he really didnt mean to hurt his feelings, and it looks like he will also be taking one from the Feast roll as well...
