(This Thread occurs just after the start of Act 3: Ill News at The Appleton Feast before any other reaction posts)
Robyn's eyes scan over the crowd, searching furiously as he makes his way back to the feast. The urgency he felt had his heart pounding, and his hand rest on the pommel of his sword instinctually. Danger was coming, and if Robyn didnt find someone quick-
The loud pounding of a fist on a wooden table caused Robyn's pupils to dart to the source, the grizzled visage of Lord Oakheart greeting them with intense ferocity. The promise of money sprung Robyn back into his search, trying to sneak through the commotion. He was too late to get her out before the old knight found out, but that didn't mean all hope was lost for her safe abscondence. No, he just needed to find Lord Footly, or Redtusk, or-
Robyn caught a glimpse of his Uncle and Mikel. They stayed relatively close together after Robyn had left, thank the Seven. He moved as quietly as he could over to them, still looking for the Footlys as he did so.

As Robyn approached, so soon after Lord Oakheart's announcement and concern clearly written on the younger man's face, Davos turnes slightly so that Robyn's approach would naturally put him slightly facing a wall. Whatever was about to be said, it probably would be best that it were not overheard - for that matter, Davos had heard that in the Sealord's court were those that could understand your words just from seeing the movement of your lips.
"Robyn." He said quietly. "What news?"

Mikel had noticed Robyn as he made his way toward Davos, and noted Robyns hand on the hilt of his sword. Mikel gave the room a look over as Robyn made it to Davos to see if he was being followed.
Then Mikel closed the distance between them to see if something was amiss. Perhaps the drunken Knights friends or men at arms had decided not to wait for the morning?
When he was close enough to be among them he raised his eyebrows and looked at Robyns hand still on his sword, to voice Mikels concern without words.

Robyn followed Davos' lead, looking away from the crowd as he found a spot to stand near the two. He noticed Mikel's eyes, his hand gripping tighter to his sword as he gave a slow and subtle nod. Breathing in deep, he chose his next words carefully, whispering them as to not draw further attention, "Whatever happens, I need you to have my back," His eyes flicked between the two, staring into each of them intently, "Oakheart is likely to do something rash, and I fear that we might be alone should there be a confrontation.
"I met someone when I left, and they rightfully fear for their life. So I ask you," Robyn cleared his mouth of spit, swallowing it down, "Do we leave to avoid confrontation, or will justice overcome prejudice?"

He sighs.
"If you and I leave now, due to our heritage some will likely see it as a sign of guilt and an attempt to avoid 'justice'."
He shakes his head.
"No, we are trapped here, to see this through until the end. Especially you, walking away from your duel would do you no favors. If this 'someone' is in danger, and cannot defend themselves, certainly it would be right to escort them to safety, but you and I cannot without causing more problems."
He looks at Mikel.
"You might be able to, but it would not be without risk, and may not be the wisest course of action regardless."
He turns back to Robyn.
"Is this someone connected to the death of the young Oakheart, or are they afraid of indiscriminate rage?"

Mikel looks from Robyn to Davos and back again as each speaks. He sensed Robyns urgency so instead of adding to the conversation, and its time, he would listen unless he felt he needed to add something.
Davos had made valuable points and now he awaited Robyns response.

"Connected to, and possibly the perpetrator of," Robyn's hushed tone got even quieter, "Though, they may be targeted by the indiscriminate rage as well. I am not even sure they know entirely know what happened, but the only thing they told me was that Arys was dead after he... forced himself upon them." Robyn's face went as cold as steel as he tried to contain his rage. He looked over the crowd once more, searching further.
"They wouldnt speak to me, but I think they might speak to their family. Uncle," Robyn looked to Davos, his eyes pleading, "What do we do? I am looking for them, but would that give it away? Who do we trust?
"What is the plan?"

"The plan."
He considers for a moment.
"Find the family. Get the girl out safe. I'll... keep eyes off of you. Hopefully without getting myself killed."

Mikel nodded at the plan. He had concerns though, like why hadnt they gone to their family themselves? Perhaps they were injured and needed to be carried. But that could be figured out and dealt with. As could any other concern which came to mind. And while discussing each point would have been reassuring, time was not on their side.
"If we see their family on the way out we bring them. If not we take them to their families lodging. Good?" He looked between them for their reaction before continuing. "I consider Ser Roland Cordwayner a friend and if we cross his path I would consider bringing him in. Perhaps even Ser Parmen Redwyne, though we are less familiar." Mikel mentioned it because Robyn could well be right, they may need swords. And right or wrong, most swords here were more likely to want to point their way then elsewhere.

Robyn gave a nod, before looking at Mikel, "Whoever you think of, as long as they are trustworthy and can swing a sword if it comes to that," his own list of people was forming: Redtusk, his brother, possibly... As he scanned the crowd, he caught a glimpse of Wildfyre. His focus flashed back to the promise of good wine and revelry; would the knight stand with Robyn?
No time to think, too many options, too little time. Lady Wenda needed to be brought to safety.
But Laena's words weighed heavy on him, and the fear of losing his Uncle was not a roll of the dice he would like to take twice. "I will help their parents, but I wont leave. I wont leave while that foam-mouthed dog is here."
"Besides, we didnt return from the Riverlands to die at the first party, right?"

Mikel nods, "I trust Roland. I dont know Parmen well enough to say absolutely, but I wouldnt have mentioned him if I did nit think that I could. I am frugal with trust... In any case, shall we begin?"

[Once Robyn and Mikel part from Davos and begin their way back towards the girl, hoping to find family along the way]
As they walked casually through the others they also walked carefully. Trying to avoid going through groups, keeping a wall or table to one side if possible, and searching the crowd for a friend or a Footly.
Robyn was leading the way when Mikel got his attention and gestured toward a man which they made for, and Mikel greeted before introducing Robyn.
"Ser Cordwayner, it is good to see you." It did not appear to Mikel that he had interrupted anything. "This is Ser Robyn Starkwood." Mikel gave only enough time for their greeting and made one calm, thorough look to see that nobody was close enough to overhear and that nothing seemed amiss. Expect the mood and most of the people present, that is.
"Ser Roland, you are aware of the disturbance? I am afraid that we became aware of it just before everyone else. We do not know the details of it all for certain, but we believe that a victim may be called the culprit. We are on our way now to unite them with their family, so that if nothing else they will not be lynched in a rage before the truth can be determined."
Mikels tale was one he was confident in telling, and he let Robyn - if he chose to, go in to greater detail.
"I think that most here would come against us, if the circumstances lead to it. I would feel better with you beside us, but mislike bringing a friend into a dangerous situation. The choice is yours, Ser."

"Ser Mikel. Any man you keep company with is one I'm well disposed to." A courtesy from many, but sincerely meant in this case. He knew Ser Robyn by the young knight's glowing reputation, further aiding matters.
"Mob justice is no justice, we saw that at Highgarden."
Roland detested Lord Merryweather and had risked life and limb to succesfully rescue his betrothed, the beautiful Alicent Yronwood form that beast. But that hadn't stopped him from defending the man from a mob of filty peasant rising up against their masters.
"I put my life on the line to defend Lord Merryweather. The facts briefly, you have my aid if our course is that of the Seven."
[OOC: think we can be confident Roland joins up once matters are relayed to him.]

Robyn was courteous, but it was clear that his feet were eager to take off from under him. He gave a bow to Roland, "Ser Roland, your gallantry and honor are known far and wide, and while we never interacted in the Blackwood camp, I trust you," He stared into Roland for a moment, narrowing his eyes ever so slightly. Robyn wasnt lying, he did trust Roland, but with how things were headed, he needed get a read on him before giving this information.
"Wenda Footly was assaulted by Arys Oakheart, and during the crime, may have killed him for his heinous deed. I only know what she told me when I found her weeping and frozen with fear. Based on Walgrave's reaction, we dont have much time to help her and her family escape,"
Robyn gave another bow, "Forgive my curtness, but pleasantries are for after we save them. I'm counting on you, Ser Cordwayner," With this, he was headed in the direction of the Footlys, keeping his eyes peeled for danger
