If there was any chance of rescuing Mya Hastwyck, the Companions will need to find a way into the castle, preferably one unseen. Longtable was a formidable castle, but every castle had a weakness, the problem was generally finding it. If the Hooded Man couldn't find someone to share the secrets of Longtable, they're was little chance that they would be more willing to speak to a sworn knight of Kingsbridge. Yet there was one stone that the Hooded Man might of missed. A knight of the Arbor that used to serve for Lord Piggy. Ser Zachary Redwyne was a man of principle, and had refused to help Addam at the Black Tourney when he had sought his help in uncovering his former lords secrets. But a lot has changed since, and maybe, just maybe, the man can finally be convinced that Lord Eldon reign of terror needs to end. Audience Ser Zachary Redwyne: 3d6+6 18

Ser Zachary was not present at Appleton, but it was not difficult to get a word with him at some other tourney on the circuit closer to The Arbor.

“My good Ser, I hope you’ve been well since we last spoke we last spoke at Highgarden. Unfortunately that same hope cannot be given for the Starlings. As your probably aware, my lord was attacked at a tourney, Lady Lystette, Ser Aemon, and myself poisoned at dinner, and I think we both know who is to blame. With each passing day, Lord Eldon becomes increasingly rash, attacking those who wish to stand against his vile acts without a shred of decency. I know I promised you all those months ago that I would leave you to live your life if you didn’t wish help me, and it pains me to go back on a promise, but I’m asking you, no begging you, to please help me return some decency to the realm.”

Unfortunately, Ser Zachary cannot help Addam, or so he claims, it may be true even if any sort of honor might prevent him from using whatever secrets he might have learned at Longtable.
