The sun was low in the sky as Rhaegor roamed the streets of Oldtown, his chain clinking and clattering as his soft-soled shoes subtly made impact on the ground beneath him. While he wandered without destination, his stride retained the ever present drive that fueled him in all his endeavors. A fire, fit for a dragon, that burned all fear or doubt away that failure was merely on the horizon, or that discovery watched with eyes unseen.
He wanted to be seen, though. Rhaegor needed to be seen going to his chamber by those who were interested so that his Sister's plan could start. For, when Rhaegor rested, an alternate persona would navigate the bars in Oldtown, discussing with barkeeps the prospect of earning more than the average tab could offer, and with complete security on their part. It wasnt like he was trying to get them to put The Strangler into someone's chalice, no: just accelerate the process that they were in business for.
Though, poison was poison, and despite it only being alcohol, it was still a poison that needed to be applied with subtle and trustworthy hands. Rhaegor slipped away, up into his room, and began to apply make up and costume to distort his features. The colors, jewelry, and everything of note had to be specific and indistinct; he needed to be fleshed out, but not remarkable. There was a subtle art to disguise, and Rhaegor relished in it, staring at himself in the mirror as much as he could to be sure that he was not the man behind the mask.

He then, under his new guise, went to the various drinking houses, and tried to find one that met the requirements that his sister had laid out for him, and hopefully a barkeep who would play along with their plot.
(Unsure what to roll for this one, was suggested to roll Bargain, so I will do that first. If there is any other roll, please let me know!)
