The crowds watches from the stands, picking out their own heroes and villains among those still in the field.
Restrictions: Only characters that did not enter the melee may partake.
Special: Given the time sensitive nature of this events, rolls must be made before the narrator needs to resolve scene 4 and move into scene 5. As NPC's enters PC-scenes as new team-mates or opponents, they automatically becomes invalid targets.
Challenge:
Intrigue (Incite) TN 15 vs Crowd.
-Designate up to four names in the roll description, for each DoS, one of them will face increased odds of facing serious challenge this round. Possibly on-screen, but at the very least increased odds of elimination or taking a "battered" or "bruised" conditions (closer to elimination, less health and possibly taking injuries and fatigue if encountered) in the behind the scenes rolls.
-If less than four names are designated, any additional DoS will stack up to increase odds further (example, 2 names and 4 DoS means 2 DoS on each, 2 names and 3 DoS, means 2 Dos on #1 and 1 on #1, 4 DoS on 1 name...all on him).
-PC's (and their team-mates), Blackwoods, Brackens (Aubrey Ambrose will be part of their team) and Merryweathers are invalid due to how the melee is structured and the need for pacing (can still be targeted for flavor, but this will be ignored).
Note:
There is little stigma in picking targets, but NPC's might still note. When in doubt, singling out one of the "big boys" will make things easier for the remaining PC's.
Benefit/Drawback considerations:
Charismatic: Applies because it's simple intrigue.
Orator: Applies because it's an intrigue vs crowd.
Prejudiced (2): Attempts to compel inciting against member of target group.
Vindictive (1): Attempts to compel inciting against someone who has slighted you.
Zealot (Power): Attempts to compel inciting against one of the front-runners.
If a drawback compels inciting against someone particular, they must be listed first in the dice roll, in case of two drawbacks both compelling you to do so, the one marked (1) takes precedence over the one marked (2), though a critfail will override this priority. Both compulsions can be satisfied by picking the same target. It is possible to chose an invalid target (which essentially will just waste allocated DoS)
Narrator suggestions for possible targets:
Front-Runners: Robb Reyne, Wyl Waynwood, Manfryd Grimm and Owen Roxton. (Ulbert Blackwood and Rennifer Waters are invalid, the latter is
Dornishmen: Sandor Daverhyl (Symon and Davos are invalid).
Have slighted Septons: Sandor Daverhyl (stood against him during the tribunal, as did invalid Daeron and Parmen).
Suspected sinners: Victarion Rivers (Flaunting his Ironborn heritage), Donnel Grimm (left Lord Eldon's service, but still, he did fail to immediately leave after Megelle's raping). Invalid sinners: Rennifer, Norren and Bowen of Longtable. Blackwoods. (Various invalid targets have fornicated)
Offended a Dragon: Surprisingly, none of those left it appears, in which case no rolling needed.
Restrictions: Only characters that did not enter the melee may partake.
