Aerion spots the knights with Lord Walgrave Oakheart coming in and motions to Trystane to mirror his flanking to the side of Ser Davos to face Ser Uthor. Being the clear target, it would help Davos to have two directions he could look for help if needed, rather than one. He then quickly tries to assess his best options to quickly put down the man in front of him. Melee Scene 3 vs. Ser Mors of Old Oak - Initiative vs. TN ?: 5d6k3-3 12CD: 11 (10, -3 AP, +4 Lg Shield) AR: 10 Health: 12/12 F/I/W: 0/0/0 To Hit: 7d6k5+2 (+1 Superior, +1 Mounted) Damage: 6 (ATH +1 +1 Mounted) Superior Longsword Superior Bastard Sword Superior Destrier Superior Shield Superior Dagger [OOC: Would it be considered dishonourable/unchivalrous to help in a solo duel if Aerion finishes before Ser Davos does?]

Ser Mors looks tough and strong.
Agility 3 Athletics 4 Strength 2 Awareness 3 Endurance 4 Resilience 2, Stamina 2 Fighting 4, Long Blades 2, Lance 2, Bludgeons 2 Will 3
Superior Longsword Large Shield Full Plate Destrier
Yeah, that wouldn't be very kosher.

Ser Mors, like most Oakheart knights, is a tough bastard who is unlikely to be an easy opponent, but he's not nearly as fast as Aerion. Would the Great Bastard's greater speed be what gave him the decisive advantage?

Aerion kicks his horse slightly forward, making sure to intercept the man in case he opts instead to try and double team one of his men. He again lets the man make the first move, confident that he is able to parry the man's blows and react to any potential trickery. He calls to the man, "I hope you're ready to leave this field as quickly as you can charge!" and then tries to make himself look open for a charge.
Counterattack Action (Greater) Melee vs. Ser Mors vs. CD 11: 8d6k6+2 31 - 4 DoS 4 * 6 = 24 - 10 = 14 Damage (22 if he charges) Will ignore AP if attacked. Forgot to include Pious in tag, but it was used here.

Charge: 6d6k3+2 16 2*8-10=6 damage to Aerion. CD: 14 (10) AR: 10 Health: 2/12, 3 injuries. Takes fatigue to ignore AP on next attack. Since he went in charging, he can't yield this round.

Aerion lets Ser Mors' blow roll off his shoulder. Seeing an opening in the already injured man's defenses, he makes the split second decision to capitalize on it, even though in doing so he opens up his right and rear flanks leaving himself partially undefended. It turned out to be the correct decision, as he says able to land one of the most devastating blows to the man's shoulder. Melee - vs Ser Mors R2 - Reckless Attack + Aim vs. CD 14: 9d6k6+1 32 - 4 DoS I had mentioned to take fatigue to ignore AP, so his hit would do no damage after AR. Unless he takes a wound, that should be it for him
