Redwyne knights were known for their honor and martial skills, not their subtlety. Ser Simon saw their charge from a long way off, heard Redtusk hand the honors over to Parmen and had time to prepare his own attack.

Parmen took Ser Symon's attack on his shield and shoulder armor forcing his opponent off balance and delivering a solid blow to the ribs. Ser Symon was good and managed to move with the blow but Parmen could tell that Symon was feeling the impact.

The blow causes the Tarly knight to reel backwards in his saddle, letting out an angry grunt as the blade cuts in to his side. But Ser Simon gives as good as he gets and responds with a furious retaliation towards Parmen's shield-arm.
Passive Fighting would be 23 (5x4 +2 Spec +1 Superior Longsword) so Failure on Manoeuvre. Also; my mistake on last post. CD should be 11, not 10. (Ag3 +Ath4 +Awe3 +4 Lrg Shield -3 Sup. Armour) but makes no difference as of yet. Simon takes 1 Injury CD: 9 (11) AR: 10 Health: 4/12 F/I/W: 0/1/0 R2 - Simon Aim+Reckless (-1 Injury) v Parmen: 9d6k6+1 27 - 4 DoS x 6 = 24-10 = 14dmg right back at ya Will take Fatigue to ignore AP when attacked

Hurt!!!Parmen knew how tough Tarly was, but the strength behind the attack still took him by surprise and made him gasp down on the pain. However, he saw that Ser Simon's desire to inflict damage had left him momentarily vulnerable and Parmen gathered up his strength for a strike to the knights helm.

From Combat in Game Mechanics: So how it's been ruled so far is that when you take an Injury it takes you from 0 (not -x) +Endurance Rank. If that makes sense? I'm trying to find the most recent discussion but can't atm. Will DM you when I do.
However;
14 dmg = 1 Wound (3 Injuries can only heal a total of 12dmg). Which I think is a Yield. Will just wait for Father's instructions.

It's more like: You're at 12, take 14 damage, now at -2, take injury, then at 2.
But yeah, yield.

The blow rings out with a clang much like the striking of Sept's bell. Parmen's blade not only buckles the helm inwards, but enough so to cut in to the man's face, slicing his cheek. Blood streaming down his gorget, Ser Simon bitterly throws his arms up in a yield.
It would take a blacksmith and a maester to remove the helm - luckily the Tarly's have men with plenty of such experience - and whilst it did not leave a gruesome scar the likes of Ser Manfryd Grimm or the newly minted Lord Quentin, a mark would remain.
A reminder not to fuck with Redwynes.
Hmm. My bad, I think I understand now. The blow put Simon on -2. Injury regains 4 so puts him at 2.
If the next attack deals, say 2 dmg (and puts him at 0) an Injury will put him at 4. Think that was the case v Quentin that I got confused with.
Either way, Simon takes a Wound and Yields

In a fog of anger, pain, and andreneline Parmen almost slammed in another strike into his foe's helmet after he had yielded. He remembered his honor enough to check his blow before it struck home. " Yield accepted," Parmen bit out through gritted teeth. Four long slow breaths helped him to regain his composure. Checking his arm he was relieved to see that his injures were relatively minor and would not hinder him too badly during the rest of the melee. " In the future I recommend that you just apologize, when honor demands it."
Looking around the field to trying to spot any potential attackers he was surprised to see the Brute of Bracken being dragged away from the field muddy and cursing. Ser Mikel was seated on his own horse having apparently fought and gotten the better of one of the deadliest fighters in the tournament. Ser Parmen raised his sword in salute to Ser Mikel and gestured him back towards the remainder of their team. He may be a lowborn Riverlander but damned if he doesn't fight like he was born on the Arbor!{P2.5} Melee: Scene3 v.Tarly: CYB: 6d6k4 16 4DOS CD: 10

Redtusk health: 18-9d6k6 -13 Taking damage is for mortals. I want you to kick ass with Redtusk!: 7d6k4 17 6d6k5 282+4=6 DoS for recruitment, not much left of run of the mill secondary knights, so 2x3DoS secondaries I guess, pending global damage rolls.
