Late enough that most were indoors, drunk, or asleep a darkly clad man with his hood pulled low emerged from Gardenton and made his way to the pavilions. Moving slow and avoiding most, especially those with the posture and demeanor of men at arms, he casually crept onward unless had to slip into a shadow. Soon enough he arrived at his destination, the Levalle pavilions. He approached the guards slowly and with his hands turned palms up. "I have some information for your Lord." He said nothing else but slowly moved his clothing to allow them to see he did not carry any weapons openly then waited quietly for admittance.

Some time later the man emerged from Lord Alliser's tent and left the Levalle pavilions. He took a different path which was just as sparsely traveled and kept the same precautions in his movements as he had before. Soon he was back in Gardenton weaving through alleys and down small roads and paths, with no noticeable pattern or any destination one watching could make any reasonable guess at. Before long the hooded man simply faded away to nowhere.
The hooded man was walking by Ser Cleyton, who said "I don't see anyone." Cleyton then handed Mikel a cloak which was rolled up around his sword belt. Removing the cloak and the dark wool shirt he wore over a lightly colored linen one he rolled them together then buckled his sword belt and placed the rolled up clothing through the back of his belt, hidden from view by the new cloak Cleyton had brought him. They took a long back to the Starkwood pavilions and appeared to any who saw them to simply be two comrades in arms enjoying the cool night air. When Mikel entered his pavilion he made a small fire and tossed the garb of the hooded man into it, sitting on the bed and staring into the flames as he watched it burn.
