Ser Theon is a cousin of Ser Bryce, apparently not too happy about Lord Willem declaring war at the list.
AH 3D+2B Endurance 3 Fighting 4D+2B Destrier Standardized Full Plate
He's an asshole, so he does not go with noble, Eyes Fixed for round 1, then he does not, expecting a response in kind.

The capable Ser Theon was filled with a fury at Lord Starling action's and rode fiercely, aiming for breastplate rather than shield. While not outright dishonourable, it was clear that conflict between Kingsbridge and Longtable was turning serious and a murmur spread through the crowd. He struck well in the first pass and the two knights were evenly matched so far. Addam had tried to embarrass the knight from Longtable and had nearly been beaten for it. But this time he rode with intention, and scored his best hit of the tourney.

Ser Theon was a man inspired in the second pass, almost matching Ser Addam's hit for placement, and somehow keeping his seat against all odds. It was a miracle of horsemanship, and Ser Theon was not sure he could have repeated it one time in ten on the practice field. Ser Addam had the advantage, but it would all come down to the final pass... Should be 18 damage since Addam goes Eyes Fixed?

Addam was perhaps more shocked than Theon that the man managed to stay a horse after a hit like that. While this would normally send Addam into a rage, Theon was hitting harder then most and if he wasn't careful he would find himself unhorsed.

Ser Norren continued to fight better than he ever had before, defending House Merryweather's and his cousin's reputation from the sanctimonious Starlings. R3 P3 Joust; SiS; CyB: 5d6k3+3 20 5d6k3 13 3d6 7PR: 14 AR: 10 Health: 9/9 - Passes TN 10 check to stay in saddle.

Only went Noble so Passive Animal Handling is 18 making it 1 DoS. So it looks like a draw.

Looks like a draw indeed. One asshole Goldstag escaping the wrath of Kingsbridge...but his slightly dishonorable antics might land him a round 4 date with someone more formidable than Ser Addam.
