Alliser was walking through a well lit courtyard admittin the still likeness of the Lord's gone past. He paused under the safe soft shade of a Willow, listening to the small trickle of a fountain spraying water from a jug, some ancient king of the gardeners being remembered by the ever flowing water. I should see if I can have one of these made for Delena and myself. I bet they are lusciously expensive.
The thought pleased the Lord, and he bent over to more closely examine it, trying to discover how it worked when he heard a loud crunching of booted feet on the tiny round gravel. He straightens and turns around, what is *he* doing here? and puts on his best smile, bowing in deferance. He takes a quick look around to see if anyone else was here, and was disappointed to find only a few small folk gardeners keeping the hedges. well I guess I get to find out what he wants.
"My Lord," was his velvety greeting. "I trust your tournament has gone well?"

"I have no complaints so far my lord, one man faced, one man unhorsed." He pauses, and switches from his easy charming and pleasant manner to a graver tone. "For all of us, as knights, this is not going well at all, Lord Hightower dead, Ser Walton dead, Septa Tyane dead, and were it not for the valiant Ser Roland and the stern stuff Ser Mikel is made of, we might have added two more to that list. And this comes on top of all the attempts at playing politics on their graves, it has to end." There is an iron determination in his eyes, he does not seek glory, only justice. "Many have offered their blades to stand against Ser Otho's vile slander, but I think that there is no greater statement of disapproval to be made than to have him face Blackfyre. And that is what I offer you, my lord." Convince: 6d6k5+4 29 (BoV+status 6 means simple intrigue)

"you do me great honor Ser Daemon." Lord Alliser bows deeply, as he straightens he comments, "there is no Knight I would rather have defending my honor and the honor of my family against Ser Otho. May the righteousness of your cause make your lance strike true and give strength to your sword arm." He paused then continues, "I have heard from Ser Mikel that Otho might not live the standards of chivalry as to be expected from a night such as you and me. I would suggest you seek him out to hear the tale from himself, as I am not as apt to be able to answer any additional questions you might have about his story"

"I shall indeed confer with men of the Riverlands knowledgeable of his ways." Daemon agrees. "And be prepared for anything"
