Unwin sighs "Perhaps, but this maiden must also prepare herself to rule House Roxton, few second sons and nephews are groomed for such responsibilities, let alone to have to share them with their wife. Are any of these sons and sworn swords men that might be suitable for that?" Such men does indeed seem hard to come by.
"But if it is important to you, I can try and answer your questions as best as I can."

This is going nowhere. Ignoring Unwin's sigh, Abelar forces the issue, declining to address his questions about the suitability of Blackbriar's sons. "It is important to me."

"Then ask your questions"

"First, her virtues. Does she keep the Faith of the Seven in her heart? Does she pray every morning, and light a candle to the Maiden every seventh day? Does she practice grace and courtesy? Does she honor her father and her mother in every thing she does? Is she forgiving when required? Is she chaste?"
Abelar pauses for Unwin's answer, then continues. "And now, her character. You mentioned that as the heir, she holds more responsibility than most young women. Does she understand her duties? The matters of politics behind the courtesies? Is she a strong judge of character in others?"
"Finally, her likes and mislikes. Does she hawk or ride? Or perhaps does she stitch? Does she favor reading or watching the clash of knights in the lists?"

Unwin remarks upon how Lady Daena would be rightfully insulted at such prying. For someone to even doubt that a lady is not pious and chaste without any indication suggesting that they might not. She would certainly reply by quoting passages in the seven pointed star that would imply doubts about Abelar's prudence and intentions. The Lady is either pure or very discrete, and she knows the seven pointed star better than some septons, though not perhaps as well as those septons should.
Unwin imagines that she will make for a better ruler of a noble house than most lords in the Reach, sharp-witted and strong of will, a man thinking that he might marry into command of House Roxton will find himself disappointed, and no man will have any chance of becoming her husband without impressing her, he must have a good swordarm and the wisdom to know when not to use it.
She much prefers to read, claiming that it is the mind that most of all must be honed to best prepare her for her duties, though Unwin suspects that this is as much an excuse for indulging in her fancies, though it does not make it any less true.

Abelar's face sours as Unwin suggests that he may have doubtful prudence and intentions. When the corpulent septon says that Lady Daena knows the Seven-Pointed Star better than some septons, and that those septons do not know it as well as they should, he boils over. "You would dare question me, you, you, gluttonous fool! My questions were completely normal. Asking of a lady's chastity is like asking of a knight's chivalry--all I expected was your basic affirmation of such, not these SANCTIMONIOUS ACCUSATIONS!" Regaining a measure of composure, he gestures dismissively. "Never mind. If you can summon the strength of will to speak of your lady's virtue, you know where to find me." Abelar turns to stalk off. [D3 Unwin] Zealot drawback v. TN 15: 6d6k4 14 (failure, lol)We can either end it here, but I'm also open to Unwin prolonging the interaction if he wants the parting shot.

Good Day, Septon Abelar His reply is curt and cold, he seems most unlikely to ever care to take him up on the offer.
Scene I am guessing. Also, his disposition drops to -2.
