Having just defeated arguably the best jouster in the reach and his former mentor to boot in Lord Leo, Aerion is confidant that he will win out the rest of the matches with ease. Trying to remain humble, he sets himself to face Ser Simon and conducts himself well in the opening tilt. 7C-4 - P1 vs. Simon - N+EF+D3 & SiS & CyB vs. PR ? / ? / 0: 6d6k4+5 28 6d6k4+1 21 4d6 17PR: 21 (24) AR: 10 Health: 12/12 F/I/W: 0/0/0

For his many flaws, Ser Simon is still a talented jouster who shouldn't be underestimated.

[OOC: Critical failure for Ser Simon on the first pass even adjusting for his missing +2 Tourney Knight bonus taking him to 19 v PR 24 so Ser Aerio wins, not that I'm letting Roland's IC dislike for Simon affect my posting...]

Looks that way, though dice code doesn't indicate any aggressiveness or high in saddle, so +7 should be correct methinks.

Aerion is surprised that Simon didn't perform better. Not that he was in any way worried about the man, but he did expect him to at the very least be able to land his lance. Still, maintaining his opponents pride he tips his broken lance to the man in good sport, and trots off the field disappointed that he couldn't give the fans a better showing. Wow what a scrub! Thanks Daeron
