Parmen was uncomfortably aware of the fact that he had a large target on his back in the melee. The Rivermen were less likely to seek him out just for being a Levalle bannerman, which was a relief, but word of the Black Tourney had spread to all corners of the Seven Kingdoms as had the names of the two Redwyne brothers who were still standing at the end of the melee. Most knights were smart enough to try to get out of Roland’s way when the Redtusk was charging through with sword in hand, which left Parmen for those who wanted to steal glory for themselves. This knight in front of Parmen was no exception. Wearing Velaryon colors he seemed to single Parmen out perhaps thinking that the Levalle knight’s early exit from the joust, signified weakness. His mistake.

Ser Nestor had attended the Black Tourney, though Parmen might not remember.

Ser Nestor was quick on the attack, that much was true. However, what he possessed in alacrity he mislaid in precision. Ser Parmen proved every inch the Redwyne champion, deflecting his foe's assault. Initiative v Ser Parmen: 3d6-4 11Charge Ser Parmen: 6d6k3+2 13CD: 9 AR: 10 Health: 2/12 I/W/F: 1/0/0 [OOC: Parmen - we can just make your charge roll your attack roll instead if you like? Would be 26 then due to extra kept die = 4 DoS for 24 damage - 10 AR = 14 damage. I've added +1 to your damage as I've assumed your using a longsword which does +1 damage when Mounted due to the House Ruled keyword. This means Ser Nestor yields on R2 as another 4 DoS would force a wound.]

{OOC: Sounds good. Whatever moves the scene along at these early stages. Want me to go in and edit my post?
If I counted correctly it looks like Parmen takes no damage but please let me know if I am missing something.
Want to go ahead, declare a yield, and closeout the scene?}

Ser Nestor may have been quick to strike, but he was also quick to yield given the ferocity of Ser Parmen's response.
Health: 2/12 I/W/F: 1/0/0 Greater action: yield

Parmen accepts Ser Nestor's yield and makes sure that the knight can see himself off the field before turn his Fossoway courser to rejoin his brother and cousins.
