The groom and the father of the bride, hardly pushovers themselves, are flanked by an impressive showing of champions for Lady Jeyne, though the list of challengers may be equally impressive, including a few much more obvious picks, leading many to conclude that politics may have a larger say in the choices than tradition. Needless to say, some knights in attendance might feel a bit peeved at being passed over in favor of Ser Simon Tarly with his checkered reputation and Lord Owen Roxton whose feats at the list are not considered as stellar as others with closer relations to Houses Starkwood and Rowan.
Restrictions: Only chivalrous knights may partake.
NPC Participation: Each player (whether their character partakes or not) may nominate an NPC knight to be featured, whether they appear in a scene or not depends entirely upon narrator enjoyment in creating scenes of their adventures. Ser Aemon Flowers will go through the rolling procedure to provide an example of the reporting standard for this event, but must still be nominated if anyone wants to see how he fares.
List of notable attendees (most lords leaning towards blood are present, the corresponding event does have ways to expand this guest list).

Note: OOC, the champion lineup includes only NPC's because of scene logistics, IC this gets explained away by Lord Rowan playing politics. As this tourney happens as part of the wedding between Ser Symon Starkwood and Lady Jeyne Rowan and is very much a loyalist gathering with the joust thrown to attract more people to said loyalist gathering and dazzle invited fence-sitters, Blackfyre supporters might be disinclined to attend.
Champion Stats:
For non-special champions, it is better if other players run these against PC's:

Lord Leo Tyrell (1)
Ser Sebaston Rowan (2)
Ser Robert Rowan (4)
Ser Dennis Hightower (2)
Ser Simon Tarly (2)
Lord Owen Roxton (3)
Jousters are ranked from tier 1 to 5, where the sum of fighting+animal handling determines the rank:
7->5
8->4
9->3
10->2
11->1
Each full +2 of Tourney Knight bonuses counts as an ability rank. Talented (Fighting/Animal Handling) counts as Tourney Knight +1 (having both counts as a +2 bonus).
Structure and Consequences:
-The Champions are not replaced throughout the tourney.
-A match is won if one unhorses one's opponent and keeps one's seat or breaks one's lance and one's opponent fails to do so. If both opponents are unhorsed on the same turn it is declared a draw. After nine passes with no resolution the match is declared a draw, which counts as a victory to both contenders for the purpose of glory and chivalry rewards if all lances were broken, but only counts as a draw for you if you went aim for shield.
-If your helmet was taken by show-off during a match, a draw after nine passes counts as a defeat for glory/chivalry rewards, but you may still proceed to the next champion.
-If you took your opponent's helm by show-off during a match, the above effect is cancelled.
-Other knights may challenge as many of the champions as they wish by striking their shields. The order in which the champions are faced is determined by the tourney master.
-Defeating three champions grants +1 glory and +1 chivalry, defeating five grants an additional +1, defeating all seven grants a further +2.
-Draw or victory over a champion of equal or better rank: +1 glory and +1 chivalry, +1 for each ranking above yours (this reward does not stack with itself).
-Not using the noble style cancels any chivalry/glory rewards.
-Using the Brutal style inflicts -1 Chivalry.
-Being caught cheating inflicts -1 Chivalry
-Being caught aiming for body inflicts -5 Dispositions with Houses Rowan and Starkwood (and possibly others as well)
Participation Procedure:
Roll for self-control as noted below, then select which champions to challenge. Roll a die with as may sides on it as the number of champions challenged, then a die with one less side until you reach 1d2, mark the description with the knights you challenge. Post the order the dices indicate you would face the champions of your choice (go the number the die indicates as they are listed above, skipping those not challenged or already assigned), narrator will come by and confirm the order or indicate whether the tourney master has other ideas, then post a scene for the first match, if you win or draw in that one, proceed to the next.
Benefits/Drawbacks
Honor-Bound: Attempts to compel the use of the noble style.
Prejudice: Attempts to compel challenging such champions as belongs to the trigger group.
Supreme Arrogance: For the purposes of resolving the effect of other drawbacks, treat your jousting rank as one step higher.
Vainglorious: Attempts to compel challenging all champions whose rank are at most one higher than your own.
Vindictive: Attempts to compel the challenging of any champion that have slighted you in the past.
Restrictions: Only chivalrous knights may partake.
