Aerion offers Ser Olyvar the option of choosing lances or foot combat. Assuming he chooses foot.

Lord Olyvar elects to fight on foot indeed, as much as he disdains the Rhoynar, he is also an Andal knight, and Andal knights are honorable. Besides, it wasn't Ser Aerion's fault that he had been born into a family that decided to invite the taint.
Certain you don't want a bastard sword? Can do first blood conditions (see house rules) if Aerion wants. CD: 11 Health: 12 AR: 10 Initiative: 3d6-3 6

Difference between longsword and bastard sword is just +1 Damage and Adaptable for 1B, right? Since I've got the edge with fighting 5, might as well?

Up to you, although I don't think it's been revealed yet if you have an edge in fighting 5.

Not in the best of moods at all with Ashara's passing, Aerion has little patience for the words offered by Lord Olyvar. He offers the man the opportunity to recant his words, or duel for his life - not first blood conditions. Since he is not want to do so, the meet in a small clearing of grass and sparse foliage. Aerion measures the man in front of him and finds him lacking, and decides to make an example of him. Aerion makes a quick dash towards the man, and sweeps out his legs. Almost as soon as he hits the ground, Aerion slams his sword into the man's shield, landing a solid blow, but doing no real damage.
[Alright, since we're on foot, Longsword's benefit of being mounted doesn't apply, so I'll follow the trend of picking up a Bastard Sword for foot combat.] Phase 2 - For Honour vs. Lord Olyvar T1 - Knockdown vs. TN 12(?): 4d6 16 - Assuming SuccessPhase 2 - For Honour vs. Lord Olyvar T1 - Attack vs. TN 11: 7d6k5+1 22 - 3 DoS 3 x 7 - 10 = 11 Damage Edit: The sketchy mall wi-fi double loaded rolls on Orokos (only noticed because roll number wasn't sequential). Original rolls was: Phase 2 - For Honour vs. Lord Olyvar T1 - Attack vs. TN 11: 7d6k5+1 13 for 1 DoS, reduced by his AR so no damage done.

Fatigue if being attacked still applies?

Yes. We'll see if we need it going forward but I'll keep CD up for now.

Olyvar promptly upends Aerion with a shield bash before striking with his sword, taking a defensive approach.

[Confirming if my own knockdown was successful. If yes, he'd need to take a lesser action to stand, then knockdown, then a point of fatigue to make the attack after knockdown, which would make it 18 and 1 DoS = 0 damage, no?]

Your knockdown was a success, but no, it does not force him to stand-up before doing as he did, it gets harder to move around is all. And bonuses to hit persists.

[OOC: So he's still prone on the ground? Now that Aerion is on the ground, can we agree to not get up both flop like fishes with swords? (surprising there's no penalty for attacking from your back)]

You should include CD, Health etc in each post. Especially fatigue use (and shouldn't that be a -1 for failure on the standing?)
