Trystane's recent memory of Ser Titus is of him puking his guts up in the tavern, partway through the drinking contest, but he has also seen the young Blackbriar joust, and knows he is highly capable. The gamble against Ser Benjen Erenford had paid off, and Trystane is feeling bolder than usual as he salutes his opponent and flips down his visor. Opening with a full-forced, aggressive charge would probably have people grumbling about poor sportsmanship again, but he does it anyway. Bolstered, perhaps too much, by his previous victory, and by bloody-mindedness from Ser Balon's taunting.

Ser Titus sits his saddle well, but his balanced approach does not match the aggressiveness of his opponent.

It's the way Trystane has to play it if he wants to get through that PR and/or break his lances (still not sure what the baseline is for the latter, tbh, because I thought it was 1 DoS but that seems to not always be the case). Heightened Stakes it is then!
Titus proves sturdier in the saddle than Trystane anticipated, even knowing ahead of time that he'd be a challenge. And now, as he rounds to ready for the next pass, Balon's various taunts come back to gnaw at his mind, almost giving him pause. But, determined not to be intimidated by a bitter, bigoted malcontent, he redoubles his effort to smash Titus to the ground. Nothing personal, Ser Titus. It's just your brother is an arsehole and I want to win.

Trystane's blow is enough to bring Ser Titus off balance, but his own seat is slipping as well.... Titus N: 6d6k4+6 27 6d6k4+1 16 5d6k4 14Both falls off it appears, as HS brings SiS up to 17 for 2 DoS, which both gets in.

Tumbling to the ground, Trystane first thinks it's all over. The boldness that carried him through before finally failing him. But as he clambers to his feet, he sees that Titus is also unhorsed. Excellent! There's still a chance! He calls for his sword, and Quentyn responds immediately.

Titus draws his sword, not quite what he expected, but he should have the advantage on foot as well.
Specialty is included. You also take 5 damage when falling off (some mitigated by CyB)
CD: 12 AR: 11 Health: 11/12
Not bothering with initiative as 16 is the most he can get.

If Trystane remembers anything about Ser Titus as a fighter, it is that he usually charges in with full force in his post-unhorsing clashes. So, Trystane decides to try letting the Reachman come to him, only taking a slow half step forward as a sort of feint to try and trick Titus into a charge, and to angle himself more precisely to deliver a counterattack, hoping against hope that Ser Titus does not choose today to be cautious.

Titus walks slowly to the task, deciding to take a more patient approach.
21, I think 20 because fatigue from LA would apply -1, either way it's 2 DoS vs 12, and since he did normal attack that should be 2*5=10 which doesn't get through AR. CD: 12 AR: 11 Health: 11/12 Move+Standard Attack: 6d6k5+1 21 Should be 2 DoS vs 14 for 2*6-10=2 damage.

Of course he does the opposite of his normal tactics once I declare set for charge.
While grateful he didn't offer first blood conditions, Trystane growls in annoyance as much as exertion he and Titus exchange blows, his plan to turn Titus' momentum against him dashed. Luckily, not too much damage has resulted from Titus' strike, but a dread realisation begins to form in his mind - that caution could very well result in Titus chipping away at him while he just glances off his armour.

Titus does exactly as Trystane fears, relying on his defense to carry the day.
I think that doesn't have -2 from fatigue, but still 3 DoS for 4 damage after AR CD: 17 (12) AR: 11 Health: 7/12 Aim+cautious+LBF I (-2b): 6d6k4+1 15 No damage.

So that's how it is then. Fine, You want to play safe? Then I'll play rough.Trystane strides into range with renewed purpose, swings down overhead with his sword and smashes hard into Titus, trying to knock him over.

Titus keeps chipping away at Trystane's defenses, undaunted by being brought to his knee.
Technically aim only applies to fighting/marksmanship, but I don't see why it shouldn't apply to KD, gives +1b, but no +2 unless you also moved on the proceeding action. Making it a 13 which still is a success. CD: 17 (12) AR: 11 Health: 7/12 Aim+cautious+LBF I (-2b): 6d6k4+1 19 2*6-10=2 damage.

Trystane's satisfaction at knocking Titus backward is short-lived as his opponent takes a swipe at his legs and connects, leaving his shins smarting. For a moment, his own footing is unsteady as Titus' sword almost sweeps him aside, but he tries to turn it into a sidestep so he can reach the shoulder of Titus' offhand side. Knowing he has precious little time before Titus regains his footing, Trystane puts his weight into downward-angled momentum with his sword in an abrupt smash, aiming for the gap between gorget, breastplate, and pauldron.
