Bloodraven's appearance might have been ominous even if he attempted to make it not so, it seems hardly a coincidence that he happens to come upon Addam in a secluded moment where he did not having anything else to do. "The hero of Rosewood." He greets with a tone that is both cold and friendly at the same time, very much businesslike. "My congratulations on your tourney victories so far, ser"

Addam had taken Seasmoke for a few tilts against the quintain after his joust with Ser Symon. Most knight would of rested their horse, But Addam had won his last two tilts with ease and he couldn't afford Seasmoke getting lazy. The practice yard was deserted, everyone was watching the joust, yet when he wheeled his horse around after a pass, there he was. It was as if Bloodraven had just materialized out of thin air. "Ser Brynden," he replied with a slight nod as he made his way over the man. "My thanks. Your tilt against your brother is always a match worth watching" The Man presence was just as discomforting as his brother. Both only wanting to get straight to the point, yet neither willing to get to it. "Is there something I can help you with today?"

"I had a curiosity about a different adventure of yours, ser, the in The Red Mountains, one not so successful, I hear."

"I'm afraid there not much to tell. The rumors about the Vulture King were false, therefor we spent the entire time riding through the mountains." He was rather disappointed in Bloodraven's questions. He had hoped that maybe he was just like the other fools who assumed his rescue was staged and that perhaps he could coax the information from him, but instead he wanted to know about an uneventful expedition in the Red Mountains. Maybe the bastard's spies weren't as good as every says they are.

"Yes, I heard Lord Walgrave was very disappointed, and also angry, at you, ser, and your cousin" Bloodraven's face is as free of emotion shown as it is of complexion. "If I am to guess, you found something, not as grand a pray as the Vulture King of course, but something that someone would have liked to mount on the wall at Old Oak nonetheless. But you let that quarry go I think, as a knight of the realm should if encountering a stag in the Kingswood, for the king's deer are for the king alone, unlike the outlaws sometimes to be found there."

Addam smirked when Bloodraven guessed wrong. Perhaps the rumors of his cunning have been grossly exaggerated. “Actually, we found exactly what we were looking for, a fortified encampment. The problem was, it wasn’t a bandit hideout as we were told, but instead we found a rest stop. Undoubtedly, Lord Walgrave’s scout told him exactly what he wanted to hear, so naturally he wasn’t to pleased when a “Boy so green his pisses grass” tells him other wise, as most lords would be.”

"Sounds like Lord Walgrave" Bloodraven states flatly, as if it's fact and he doesn't even bother to take the opportunity to lower Addam's opinions of him. "He was very pleased with Ser Balon's work, however, which I find curious in so far as no actual successes were reported at all"
Addam doesn't remember anything about Balon's comings and goings, it didn't matter to him. But surely Bloodraven must be correct in knowing that Lord Walgrave was pleased with him if he knows that he was displeased with Addam and Daeron, and it does seem rather odd that they wouldn't have bragged about it if they had encountered bandits, suggesting that perhaps they had been sent to the same situation as Addam and Daeron and chosen differently than they, although that wasn't likely to catch the attention of a Great Bastard, no, Vorian Dayne on the other hand, that was another matter entirely. Bloodraven might be cunning enough, and Addam could give him the name Ser Quentyn of Horn Hill, some hedge knight in Balon's company up there in the mountains in the hope for a suitable reward.

“I try not to concern myself with who a “has been” favors over who he doesn’t. I suppose you could ask Ser Balon yourself, but I’ll guess you’ll get more answers out of my horse. I’m sorry, but I just can’t seem to recall who the other members of party were at this very moment...” he purposely left his statement open. I would be rude to not atleast hear what the albino was offering.

"Lord Walgrave's favor, or disfavor may yet prove quite substantial, even if his glory days are being relived rather than lying ahead of him" Bloodraven comments dryly. "It might matter to Lord Florent, say, when deciding between the rivals clamoring for the hand of his niece, if we allow ourselves to imagine that his disappointment in you doing the honorable thing ser, and approval of Ser Balon's fouler deeds is what makes the difference, would that not be a terrible shame?"

"It would be the shame, if there was such a rivalry ser." Not entirely a false statement. Balon stood no chance and Addam had yet to make up his mind on the matter. Nevertheless, he was still disappointed in Bloodraven's offer. He could easily win Lyanna's hand if he wanted to without betraying his cause. "I'm sorry ser, but the name escapes me at this very moment. I hope you do forgive me."
/scene unless he has something else to offer.
