Addam looked less impressive then he did with his joust against, opting for his basic suit of plate and his destrier, Seasmoke. The time for pageantry was over. Now was the time to win, and he opted for functionality over glamour. He raised his lance to Lady Lyanna, while he might not wear her favor, he could still win in her honor. Slamming his visor closed, Addam spurred Seasmoke on.

Ser Wyman is hardly someone expected to offer much challenge to Addam

Poor Ser Wyman. Having earned his spurs as a boy fighting those Mountain Clans bold or stupid enough to dare their way down the south side of their mountains from time to time he wasn’t a knight half bad. He could swing a sword better than any Wild Man and most Knights of the Hedge he’ll have you know and he wasn’t too slow with the mace either. Yes, he was getting old but not too old yet and the tavernmaids and washing girls still found the salt and pepper in his beard to be charming. A few bastards to his name back in Fairmarket only proved that claim. But against The Hero of the Rosewood? Poor Ser Wyman did not break his lance and Poor Ser Wyman did not keep his seat. Poor Ser Wyman missed his lance and Poor Ser Wyman landed with a loud SPLAT in the brown mud. He tires to laugh it off while getting up, but truth be told - his back hurt like a pig fucker. Poor Ser Wyman was getting old.
