So, it turns out that day 2 is likely going to be the day with the most stuff going on, at least in terms of generating rumors.
So with that, if anyone feels like taking on some extra work, there's going to be a bunch of those to write, highlights from the Masquerade (Butterbumps shaming and Hightower dying on the top of the list) and the parade/favor-giving in particular, just spinning out ideas as to what's worthy of putting into the talking points works as well, better if others could write it out, too.
There's also the regular five rumors randomly spilling out of my bag, if people want to try their hands at those. Plus whatever rumors towards blood and fire that The Stranger and The Silent Sister puts out in the grapevine (those can be reasonably generic), I'm also expecting that people write their own blood/fire rumors, but it's very much encouraged to ask fellow players for help if one likes.

Are these rumours going to be put out by the PC, or is it purely OOC?

I have a list of about 100 one-liner rumors (which I add to as I get ideas, often in response to stuff happening), that I roll some dice (combined with narrator fancy) to see which ones to drop into the almanac each day as tavern-conversations, and also as a source for people fishing for random stuff. Then there's highlights from public IC events. Rumors that PC's themselves put out I expect them to write on their own, I might modify some before dropping them into the almanac. I also expect that rumors caused by PC's manipulating blood/fire score without putting out direct rumors (but using the rumor system) when they hit the DoS treshhold to be written by them.
Then there's the rumors caused by the machinations of The Stranger and The Silent Sister in the mask can tell more than a face event, which are NPC's activated because Levalle's are understaffed right now.

Hm, Lysette did put out a blood rumor. I'll work on that.
Do we PM them to you?

Delighted to help, just let me know what to write. Have some experience writing these from Dragon's Dance so can hopefully be of some use. I know how much hard work all of this is. As before, also happy to return Roland to his (barely adjusted!) NPC stats and act as book-keeping assistant if necessary.

Jousting Opponents are up for grabs for those having the time (and no particular stake in the outcome). I'll be posting the relevant stats and some guidance in terms of technique and hopefully someone will come by and do the honors. If I go in posting Passive Ride, I'm planning to run the NPC myself.

Right now there's some rumors to write if someone feels up for it, also Lord Risley could use someone to roll for him.

It looks like you were treating advantage as a differential score, like a position marker. It is actually tracked independently, ranging form 0-3, whoever gets to 3 first wins (escapes or is caught). This is not particularly clear in the book, but it is implied by the "create obstacle" action, in which the prey can both gain an advantage AND cause their pursuer to lose an advantage - if it were a differential score that would make no sense (there would be no difference between gaining a point and your opponent losing one). A few complicating thoughts - 1) AP and Run dice apply to the athletics checks, so I would expect at least the guards and maybe the kidnappers to have some penalty, and maybe some to have run dice. 2) Relative movement speed can apply bonus dice - whichever person (hunter or prey) has the higher movement speed gets +1D. 3) There are a few other actions available than just "run"; these can add a lot of flavor but also complication. 4) I'm assuming no terrain modifiers are in play. 5) Multiple chasers and targets gets messy - the chase rules as written only make sense as 1v1 competition, and the paragraph for multiple participants is... awful. Ignoring all of the above, here is a round by round of how it would play out (note that I've treated this essentially as 8 chases, each hunter against each prey). Round 1:
G1 vs T1: 16 vs 9, G1 gains 1 advantage [1] T1 gains 0 [2] G1 vs T2: 16 vs 4, G1 gains 1 advantage [1] T2 gains 0 [2]
G2 vs T1: 10 vs 9, G2 gains 1 advantage [1] T1 gains 0 [2] G2 vs T2: 10 vs 4, G2 gains 1 advantage [1] T2 gains 0 [2]
G3 vs T1: 14 vs 9, G3 gains 1 advantage [1] T1 gains 0 [2] G3 vs T2: 14 vs 4, G3 gains 1 advantage [1] T2 gains 0 [2]
M vs T1: -- vs 9, M gains 0 advantage [0] T1 gains 1 [2] M vs T2: -- vs 4, M gains 0 advantage [0] T2 gains 1 [2]
Round 2:
G1 vs T1: 13 vs 11, G1 gains 1 advantage [2] T1 gains 0 [2] G1 vs T2: 13 vs 12, G1 gains 1 advantage [2] T2 gains 0 [2]
G2 vs T1: 23 vs 11, G2 gains 1 advantage [2] T1 gains 0 [2] G2 vs T2: 23 vs 12, G2 gains 1 advantage [2] T2 gains 0 [2]
G3 vs T1: 9 vs 11, G3 gains 0 advantage [1] T1 gains 1 [3] (T1 Escapes G3) G3 vs T2: 9 vs 12, G3 gains 0 advantage [1] T2 gains 1 [3] (T2 Escapes G3)
M vs T1: 9 vs 11, M gains 0 advantage [0] T1 gains 1 [3] (T1 Escapes M) M vs T2: 9 vs 12, M gains 0 advantage [0] T2 gains 1 [3] (T2 Escapes M)
Round 3:
G1 vs T1: 17 vs 7, G1 gains 1 advantage [3] T1 gains 0 [2] (G1 Catches T1) G1 vs T2: 17 vs 7, G1 gains 1 advantage [3] T2 gains 0 [2] (G1 Catches T2)
G2 vs T1: 10 vs 7, G2 gains 1 advantage [3] T1 gains 0 [2] (G2 Catches T1) G2 vs T2: 10 vs 7, G2 gains 1 advantage [3] T2 gains 0 [2] (G2 Catches T2) In summary, both thugs were caught on round 3.
