Robyn arrived on time and in good spirits, clad in fine silk that was nearly translucent in some lighting. Considering his reputation, he knew that presentation was everything, and the glory he found at the Riverlands the Redwolf was almost lordly in demeanor. The Appleton Feast humbled him, and he was careful with how he responded to things, especially at an event that smelled more of Fire than Blood. While wine was not something he indulged in much, it would have been rude to not have at least 4 cups, giving his pallet a variety of options to enjoy... The first was his favorite, but he knew he preferred Moscato anyway. He was half tempted to talk to Lady Falyse immediately, congratulate her on the regency, but as he made his way through the crowd he found himself distracted by other voices and faces. One conversation lead to another, then another, and then finally to Lady Ysilla. His flirtation was bold, certainly, continuing where he left off at the Appleton Feast, and despite his overconfidence she seemed to enjoy his company. Maybe more would come of that, if given time to flourish. When it came to politics, though, Robyn harshly criticized Lord Walgrave, pointing out that he had shown the Redwaynes a great disrespect by not attending the event. To some it was valid argument, but to others it came off as bitterness directed at the lord. It was clear that Robyn didnt like him, and despite whatever options Oakheart held towards his uncle, those in the Reach could tell that Robyn wasnt making a friend of him either. Robyn
Ysilla Flower is -like all her half-siblings- a very interesting character, childish and curious like a child, rash, impulsive, flaunting norms and expectations whenever she pleases, and yet surprisingly good at gliding through courtly socialization, she could be as formidable as Laena perhaps if she had the patience and interest required for politics. She accepts Robyn's complements gracefully and with an impish demeanor that would lead most young knights on to believe that she fancies him greatly, the heart pumping enough blood into his head to wash away any doubt about whether finding out just how much she fancies him being a good idea or not.
22 vs Ysilla is 3 DoS Awareness vs Ysilla is 0 DoS, 11 is technically critfail....but not for event, so I'm just treating it as Robyn's lust getting a long list of arguments with which to clobber his rationality and sense of honorable behavior. She **obviously** fancies him...obviously.
No NPC on the featured list would trigger I think, but some aggressive options doesn't require them to be present.

Her intrigue defense is not more than 16 (and it is effectively minimum 12), so it's the 1 DoS.

Methinks influence can't be spent there, it's hard to sell Daeron as representing House Starling in this.

Lady Rhonda is hardly more than average at maneuvering in court, impressive as all the Redwyne men appears to be, the women of the Arbor seems to all shrink away into obscurity, perhaps a good idea, then, that Lord Willem sees fit to play on the family strengths to impress upon The Reach that with the backing of his house, Lady Rhonda will be far more formidable a regent than she might at first seem.

If this is a re-enactment of The Maiden's Day Ball, Lady Alena Flowers might play the role as Myrmadora Haen, or what one might imagine that she had changed into to pass muster with the kingsguard, the accounts leaves her attire when presented to the king to one's imagination, and one could easily picture it as a balancing act on the edge of scandal as the Levalle bastard turns out in. Her outfit does little to hide her attributes, and draws lustful stares, envious stares and disdainful ones, seemingly conforming to each and every prejudice about Rhoynar promiscuity. Although once passed from view, she is rather quickly forgotten by most and left chiefly to her own devices on the periphery, flirting with Lord Appleton where Lord Leygood brushes her off.

Lord Peake strides into the hall as if he owns it, nothing new there, though a peculiar detail he does not fail to draw attention to is how he has wrapped his swordhilt in black silk fastened with crimson string, a flight of fanciful fashion shared by most of his entourage and a few allied peers, enough to make a show of force in stating allegiance, but not so many as to ruin the value of surprise.
He's just doing the trend-setting (unless featured to do other stuff) because this will be a talking-point at Oldtown.

Balon's right eye twitched as he thought about the Dornish Daverhyl's. Murderous cunts. I'll gut them all. He was only half paying attention as he tried several different wines. "And how does this wine please your palate?" Some imbecile asked while Balon dreamed of ripping the eyes out of the Vulture. "Whatever lifts the skirts." Balon mumbled. There was a gasp and look of shock on the man's face. Balon focused and cleared his throat, "I said it's clever and lifts the spirits." Did that make sense? Whatever.Stage 3: The ReceptionAction Points: 3 (Base) + 4 (Stage 1) = 7 AP-3 Action Points [Phase 4] A Vintage Year, Stage 3, Meet & Mingle, Status (Breeding) TN9*: 4d6k3+1 11, 1 DoS[Phase 4] A Vintage Year, Stage 3, Meet & Mingle, Persuasion (Charm) TN12*: 5d6k3+3 20, 2 DoSSum DoS = 3, +1 Support, +1 Secret Success Both Tests = +1 Support, +1 Secret, +2 Approval Total = +2 Support, +2 Secret, +2 Approval (18)-4 Action Points (+1b to non-Chance tests) [Phase 4] A Vintage Year, Stage 3, Gossip - Anti Dornish Daverhyl, Status (Breeding) TN9*: 5d6k3+1 14, 2 DoS[Phase 4] A Vintage Year, Stage 3, Gossip - Anti Dornish Daverhyl, Knowledge (Streetwise) TN9*: 3d6k2+1 8, Fail[Phase 4] A Vintage Year, Stage 3, Gossip - Anti Dornish Daverhyl, Persuasion (Incite) TN12*: 4d6k3+3 14, 1 DoSTotal = +2 Support, Rumor: Details to be worked out with Father. Stage 4: A Personal Touch - Lady Melara Hightower
Balon had spent a considerable amount of time with Lady Alysanne Flowers but there was another woman on his mind for completely different reasons; Lady Melara Hightower. She supported Blackfyre but seemed to have the cunning of the other candidates, which was to say not much at all. If the opportunity presented itself he wanted to speak with her one on one and see if she was worth supporting. Stage 5: The BellAll the wine, talking, and endless courtesy had made Balon hungry. He wasted no time making his way towards the feast. He'd never considered being fashionably late, forcing the attention of everyone on him as he entered. Though in hindsight it was probably for the best. His reputation was mixed at best and the last thing he needed was some jape made in his direction by some brave soul. A brave soul I'd put a dagger deep into their throat.Stage 6: Trend-SettingLike Lord Gormon and his entourage Balon's swordhilt had black silk fastened with crimson string. Legacy had served him well in melee and battle, now he hoped to see it serve him in politics. With luck the trend would spread and show the Reach just how many people supported Blackfyre as king. The desire to profess the greatness of Blackfyre was strong in Balon. He'd beaten the drums of war and rebellion for the better part of a year and had found some success in that time. However he was slowly learning that there was a time and place for politics and an event designed to showcase Lady Rhonda was not one of them. Lord Gormon could do it but Balon didn't possess the cultural refinement Gormy did. So instead he focused on something he was decent at; charm. He'd left a good impression on Lady Alysanne and when they'd parted ways he turned his attention on Lord Owen. His daughter would make a fine wife for Titus and his blessing was important to make that happen. His relationship with Owen was up and down. Balon would leave a good impression on the Lord of the Ringfort only to ruin the hard work put in with a vile jape or ill-timed speech. Tonight he focused on saying the right things and behaving himself. For the moment it seemed to have worked.
