A knight of The Reach might travel from wedding feast to wedding feast and never find himself needing to idle in any one place for long it may seem, though most knights are chiefly drawn by tourneys if the host can afford such a thing. While there are those who might find a feast worth the travel for the food and drink alone, most guests are drawn for the politics, and lords not able to afford even a minor tourney to honor the newlyweds tends to not attract enough interest beyond their neighbors.
Perhaps somewhat more interesting is the sermon held in The Starry Sept before Grand Master Alford's bones are interred in the crypts below. Mostly an excuse to visit Oldtown perhaps, as the Hightowers by custom are in full attendance, and thus naturally their bannermen as well.
Participation: Each of these places may feature some sort of incident, but one of them could be particularly more involved with multiple acts (depending on whether or not the narrator finds the time), thus participation here must be declared reasonable early in order to be granted the chance of partaking beyond act 1, declaring your presence after the reveal prevents taking part, it is recommended that the knighted PC's spreads out so that at least one of them picks the "winning ticket" as a knight will have a bit more options for participation than others.
Spending a Destiny Point allows you to attend two events, and you may participate beyond act 1 of both regardless of when your presence was declared.
It is also encouraged to make a post indicating not being present for any of these events in order to allow starting act 2 sooner rather than later. The narrator may also be inclined to start act 2 in one places once "enough" PC's have declared their presence there.
Places to be.
At Redcross, Lord Alyn Hunt is set to marry Lady Shiera Woodwright, though considered a a beauty, her mother being an Uller of Dorne makes many not even consider attending, and Lord Hunt's political leanings in favor of King Daeron are also well known, though this does pull others of similar loyalties that otherwise might not have come.
-Notable participants: Lord Armond Caswell, Ser Symon Starkwood
At Greenholt, Lord Garret Oldflowers and Lady Olenna Redding is to wed in another gathering which attracts loyalists to the red dragon.
-Notable participants: Lord Willem Starling.
At Squirrel Hall, it is those who would flock under the black dragon's banner who finds cause to gather as Ser Varids Wythers and Lady Perianne Middlebury are to say their vows before the gods, though the attendance is smaller than expected because nobody particularly likes Lord Middlebury, at least not among those who does not share his hatred of all things Dorne.
-Notable participants: Lady Shiera Blackbriar.
At Rose Hall, in the far south of Lord Tyrell's domains, Ser Marlon Westbrook, holding those lands in Highgarden's name is set to marry Lady Daena Whitethistle, a union of little consequence, and though the Longthorn surely would have wanted to be here, a tourney in The Stormlands catches his attention more, but he surely would appreciate if others would honor his bannerman.
-Notable participants: Lady Maegaelle Cordwayner, Lady Kyra Orme.
In Oldtown, Grand Maester Alford's bones are interred in a relatively modest ceremony, though the customary attendance of Lord Hightower with retinue draws a large crowd these days.
-Notable participants: Hightowers and their bannermen, Lord Reynald Florent, Septon Roswyn, Ser Guyard Blackbar.
Act 1: On the steps of the Sept:
Taking part allows for a chance to gain the attentions of someone present, either for casual conversation with that NPC or something more involved. Succeeding on an audience test will suffice to be able to initiate standard intrigue if so desired.
Act 2 will begin after some period of time, likely when most PC's with recent activity has declared whether they though there is also a possibility that there will not be an act 2 in some places, or perhaps not at all.
