Act 2 Preferences:
The Taking of the Warrior's Seat Easy Pickings Broken Lands
Looks like Warriors Seat is in high demand. Any objections to multi characters being involved? (On Narrator or characters side)

The adventure portion (which I think is what you are looking for?) allows for multiple participants, and iirc Robyn said he was more than cool with it.

Opening the gate is probably the most dangerous mission of them all, and the draft design assumes that it isn't attempted solo. Commanding the forces that takes the castle with surprise on a success is probably going to be easy (and a separate role).

Robyn is more than happy to have Mikel by his side

Warrior Seat mission could be put into effect fairly soon since Mikel and Robyn are done for act 1 (and Davos, too, although the battle should be a cakewalk, possibly best left to someone less capable.)

There are RP reasons for Davos to want to be on that mission (being available to try and rescue his nephew, for one), but ultimately he is not in charge of this war; if he is assigned to another task he will do it.

It's up to player agency.
It's not exactly as if military affairs in Westeros are handled with a group of career officers in a hierarchy founded on merit making logical decisions for which resources should go where.

Deference to player agency appreciated. I'm most interested in an entertaining story - Warrior's Seat on the surface at least seems like a more interesting story. If Davos doing King of the Ashes makes for a better story, I'm good with that, too.

Lord Blackwood needs very little convincing to decide that the accusations of highborn ladies, Brackens or no, requires proper judicial examination under the laws of gods and men. Several in the hall have already condemned him, though a sizeable minority thinks the only sin he might have committed is to lie about his deeds, others again cares less about what Ser Simon deserves and more about how his powerful father might react. For some, the promise of glory facing and defeating a knight of Ser Simon's caliber in a trial by combat takes charge of their thoughts, most, however, would conclude that Ser Simon would emerge victorious.
Optional cunning (Logic) TN 9, succeeding will grant hints as to how a trial might play out, and the consequences for various results. Higher DoS might offer more hints. Optionally test: Audience TN 16 Simple Intrigue (Convince) TN 16 -Success on both tests: Be considered to represent the Bracken ladies in the trial, narrator whim ultimately decides, higher total DoS can't hurt in the selection (audience probably weighted higher). After his conversation with Bloodraven, Davos sought out Lord Blackwood. "My lord, after examining my conscience, I have decided that I must offer my services to act as a representative of the young Bracken ladies."Tarly Trial Audience TN 16: 5d6k4+4 22 1 2 DoS EDIT: math fail. Simple Intrigue (Convince) TN 16: 4d6 15 +2 for Knightly chivalry with positive score, 17 1 DoS

Most knights of renown appears to decide to stay out of this affair, their concern for angering House Tarly outweighing their anger at Ser Simon's actions. Thus, when a Dayne steps to the front, the others who puts honor or glory before politics fade into the background of Lord Blackwood's mind in the selection, though who knows how much influence his council had on the decision?
Audience is a 2 DoS actually, so that means we have a winner on the weighting slab of status.
The matter should be pursued in separate scenes from here on out.

[OOC: Roland will take King of the Ashes in Act 2 as he has to undertake missions offering glory due to his drawback. Will try to be swift once I complete existing battle.]

Acts 1&2: Ser Ulbert undertakes a special mission (causing the Brackens to send a large force after him), terrorizing the lands south of Blackbuckle: +3 Blood. +10 counts of war crimes. -Were he a PC, he'd suffer hefty chivalry and disposition hits. -Should enter trigger list for things like Prejudice (Cruelty and Sinners).
