Right now Daeron is interested in Blackbuckle and Widow’s Wash, discounting other factors at the moment.

Parmen is interested in:
1) Siege of Blackbuckle (bring Redtusk along and see if Ironhand can match to Redwyne bros?)
2) Muddy Hall
3) {Suggestion} A Seek & Capture mission for Simon Tarly to bring him (or his body) to Lord Bracken. Possibly with brother Redtusk. Interesting way to conclude the Redwyne feud with Ser Simon.

Nobody would stop Parmen from doing that, but he should not expect any support (but might get volunteers equivalent to such men as he recruited during the event coming along for the ride, which means there would be less men for other missions).

I'll talk to Parmen in PMs but if Balon catches wind of a Simon Tarly capture party he'd intervene on Simon's behalf.
As to my Act 2 mission I'm not decided yet. Want to see how Pennytree goes (which is currently slow due to RL)
Leaning towards Widow's or Buckle.

Blackbuckle is definitely going to be the mission with the coolest mechanics written for it out of the bunch.
Will have: Main command (Siege mechanics and commanding during an assault/sally). Secondary command (Simple battle against reinforcements). Potential hero action.

Review of picking order: Balon 17 Parmen 16 Daeron 12
As far as Blackbuckle goes, the main command would make for the most interesting, with focus on the siege choices, resolutions of any sally/assault and secondary battle is probably down to even-style mechanics, and secondary battle is probably best solved with NPC's doing it all so it can be resolved quickly so one can get back to the main event. Hero action: 1 on 1 against Ironhand is not very likely to end well for anyone trying that.

Can we 2 v 1 him during any Blackwood sally/escape?
I volunteer Parmen and Wildfyre.

Hey, if Daeron Giantbane can handle Otho (in a heavily stacked ambush scenario) then he can handle Ironhand with a bit of DP.

Can we 2 v 1 him during any Blackwood sally/escape? I volunteer Parmen and Wildfyre. lol...can I assume that Balon will be cheering us on from the sidelines and ready to check our pockets when we fall?

I'd love to help but you see I'm leading a siege. Very important work. Very time consuming. Lots of paperwork, checking ditch depth, verifying wall integrity and what have you. Once I'm done commanding the battle I'll lend you my blade and finish off Ironhand taking all the credit.
Honestly it should be me and Parmen. He's already getting my sloppy seconds so why not stab the same dude too?

If there is a sally/assault, 2 on 1 is possible, still the risk of foolishness of answering his challenge to a 1vs1 duel before any of that, also the risk of showing up for nothing.

NPC tally:
Act 1: Bittersteel: Walgrave: Redtusk: Pennytree Aubrey: Fireball: Normyn: Mudgrave Robb:
Will assign the rest (and act 2 choices) once PC choices are confirmed.
Picking order (if it's relevant, secondary roles will largely go to the bottom of the list). Bittersteel: Autowin Balon: 17 Parmen: 16 Walgrave: 15 Fireball: 15 Normyn: 14 Daeron: 12 Robb: 12 Redtusk: 10 Aubrey: 9 Otho: Cannot participate, Maester's orders. Probably why the Brackens *might* get through without any war crimes committed.
The only NPC who could have main command if Balon or Parmen have secondary roles would be Bittersteel (Walgrave/Fireball can step in if really needed), the list of NPC's that might command a mission with Daeron in a secondary role is longer. NPC's in secondary roles would generally be at the bottom of the list. High ranked NPC's probably picks high reward mission roles.
