That happened a few thousand years back, so the details are probably hazy. It does look like that the Andals that remained in Essos were assimilated or developed into other cultures that neither keeps knights or the seven.

I was imagining some Knights Templar-esque group crusading in Essos.

Mileage may vary depending on the source material but the Andals that didn't flee to/invade Westeros were destroyed/enslaved by the Valyrian Freehold.
There are plenty of people with Andal blood running around Western Essos and while The Seven are worshipped to some extent it is just one of many religions there as opposed to it's dominance in Westeros.

Is there another known crusader type organization as the faith militant but for another religion?

Two months to finish three Cornwell books, I call that slow on my part.
Reading those books, I think I really should have made my world a lot messier with plenty superstition and local variations. But I think I might go mad if I tried to account for all that stuff, so maybe it's for the best with a simplified structure of how things works that is pretty much copied everywhere like how almost all the NPC ladies are exactly the same because there is just one secondary NPC template for ladies, and a lot of the primary ones are just given that, with maybe some adjustments like some benefits or something.

If we all had unlimited free time I'd say yes to more complexity. I was reading about Matthias Corvinus and Hungary the other day and God damn was shit messy.
However I have a 3 year old that's up from 7am to 10:30pm every day jackhammering my every nerve so lets keep it simple! Lol
As for the ladies of the game their role is pretty much limited to courtly intrigue as we don't need their frail arms trying to hold up big swords. It would be interesting to give a couple of them a part to play outside of murderous scheming bitch, arrogant bitch, and slutty bitch.

Not all the scheming ones are murderous, or arrogant.

What Laena&co chooses to be like isn't really my department. And two NPC's with the same set of stats can be very different characters otherwise. It's just that most NPC ladies happens to share the same set of stats.

Tenuously thematically connected to this game, so I'm sharing this, as I stumbled across it recently, and greatly enjoyed it: the 'Bardcore' cover of 'Somebody that I used to know'.

Just checking in with everyone to see how y’all are doing. Hope everyone is staying healthy and at least 6 feet away from people coughing without masks.

Customer, "Do I have to wear a mask?" Me, "Are you going to cough in my eyeballs?" Customer, "Uh no." Me, "Then no."
Ad infinitum.
Also there is a mountain lion in our area and everyone just goes, 2020 right?

Bit more free time now that baby is over one year old and has overcome weight issues, a big relief. Plus happier now that I'm switching jobs (back to a previous employer I really liked). But lockdown still awful for so many people. Particularly feel for people starting their careers in to all of this. Or not starting careers in many cases. And people who've lost jobs etc. Grim but nice to have hobbies for a bit of a break. Albeit grimdark Westeros might not always be the right sort of break... How are you?

Had a bit of a Covid scare recently; my young nephew was potentially exposed at a remote learning support facility; luckily he (and everyone else in my family) tested negative.
A couple of players in a game I run (remotely) have not been so lucky. In the past month one lost a brother-in-law, and the other has had an uncle and his 80 year-old grandfather test positive. Both the player and his uncle work at a meat processing facility in the midwest US which is the center of a major outbreak, so he feels it is almost inevitable that he too will test positive at some point. Talking with them keeps me grounded and thankful to live in a state that is more or less taking it seriously.
