Lady Tanda seems unwilling to consider the things she could more easily do, while unimpressed with Daeron's other ideas. Although her favor to wear in a tourney as part of a scheme she does seem willing to do, although much more work would be required to make such a thing count.
A better weaver of plots may be required where swords are of little use.

By this point Daeron was becoming visibly impatient.
"Are you expecting a dashing knight in shining armor to fall out of the sky and land on your lord husband? You don't exactly have a lot of options available to you at the moment that don't require you to take some risks, so unless you've got some other allies who are willing to stick their necks out for you or who are master plotters I don't see what other options are available other than what we've come up with."
He then leans in close again, his voice again a half-whisper, his frustration temporarily paused as he comes up with ideas in real-time.
"Do you have other allies who can help extract you from this marriage? House Peake commands a great deal of respect, and wealth, and I'm sure that there are plenty out there who can be persuaded to help given the right incentive. What kind of price are you willing to pay for your freedom?"

At this sort of thing, Tanda is clearly inexperienced and spoiled. As a Peake she will naturally be married to a lord of great power, surely her gratitude will be of considerable value?
And though she does not say it, Daeron gets the impression that she indeed simply expects the task to be done for her without any real sacrifice on her part, and if Daeron is unable, someone else will appear. Daeron's luck, perhaps, that most of the schemers he knows did not come to Nightsong.

Perhaps it was his experience with Lady Lysette's iron will or Lady Laena's cleverness, but he was expecting more from a noblewoman of Valyrian descent. Placing his hand over his face, Daeron realized that his current course of action wasn't going to work. He would have to find some other help because Lady Tanda was presently no help to anyone.
"Lady Tanda, I don't think you understand the danger you're in. Until you realize that events are not moving in your direction I don't think I can help you. When you are prepared to take some initiative in your own rescue come find me, in the meantime the Seven keep you safe."
His patience exhausted with the stubborn girl he grabbed his cane and turned away, ready to leave.

Tanda's reply is a rather unattractive sneer, Daeron might wonder if her nature might have made Lord Marq find a pretext to not crown her at Highgarden. Perhaps even it would be better to let her be ravaged by the big so that a nicer lady would avoid that fate?
Still, that would not ply Lord Gormon from the grip of Longtable's swollen hand. There may yet be ways to use Tanda to that end, even if she proves less than cooperative.
There may be some favors offered to avaricious knights from Riverlands that might be called in, but that group is not here, I think the only schemer worth consulting present at Nightsong would be Lysette, the others like Alicent, maybe The Levalle's, are elsewhere so Daeron would have to catch those later if wanting to pursue the matter.

His interaction with Lady Tanda made him seriously consider becoming Kingsguard to Blackfyre once he became king, or failing that maybe taking a septon's vows. If her marriage to Lord Merryweather wouldn't endanger the nobility of the Blackfyre cause and give Longtable a powerful ally, or hostage, he would be willing to leave the bitch to her fate. Unfortunately none of that would help House Starling out of its dilemma. He would have to find another way to break up this marriage without Tanda's help.
Fortunately he had an ally whom he knew hated Lord Eldon just as much as he did, if not more, and was far more competent at... well basically anything that wasn't sneering or gossipping.
Once he had returned to his tent, he propped up his leg and sent his squire to go find Esmerelle. He needed to talk with Lysette, but it could wait until the next morning. After the day he had and the day he had coming up, a bit of rest would do him some good.
Does Daeron need an audience test to meet with Lysette?

Daeron will meet with Lysette following his loss to Ser Titus if no rolls are required
After 24 hours of bad luck and bad choices Wildfyre was nearly snuffed out, his leg was broken, probably some other bones too, and he had serious lacerations from his lethal duel with Ser Byron. If Lord Eldon wanted to really push his luck it would be easy to send Norren to finish him off with little more than a pillow and it wouldn't be a shock if someone from House Buckler had a similar idea, a broken knight addled on the Milk of the Poppy was low-hanging fruit for any assassin and his young squire wasn't the quality of bodyguard he was hoping for. Overall he was lucky to still be alive at this point overall, most lesser men would have expired at this point and even stronger men with less anger and hate to power them probably would've succumbed to their injuries by then too. It was this same hate that had him, half-dead, ask to see his cousin when he should have had precisely zero visitors.
"Lady Lysette, so good of you to come visit me. I would've come to you, but as you can see," he said motioning to his shattered leg "I'm not in any shape to be gallivanting around Nightsong at the moment. We have much to discuss still on how we can pry Lord Piggy's tentacles out of the Reach."
He waved his hand over to a simple chair next to his cot for his cousin to sit at.

"We accomplished what we came for without losing life or limb in the process" Lysette notes matter-of-factly. "Despite your best efforts to tempt fate with distractions, ser"

He makes a face trapped between shame and sheepishness.
"Aye, we have won this round and outmaneuvered Lord Merryweather, but against such a clever bastard we must think like knights at war-always looking for the next opening in his defenses while preparing to parry whatever might come our way.
We don't know what his next thrust against us will be, but if we can hack away at his 'allies' that will serve to weaken and isolate him. In this I think that we need to find a way to end his betrothal to Lady Tanda. I've already spoken with her Grace on the matter," he says with the driest wit he can conjure. "and I don't that we will find a great number of useful ideas from that one. It seems that she's spent most of her deep thoughts on the pettiest matters imaginable and even for a Peake I found her arrogance to be unrivaled, but regardless of her detestable personality we're not served by her becoming Lady Merryweather. Therefore I must once again turn to one of the most clever people I know for ideas on how prevent that marriage."
He gives a crooked smile at Lysette, his last comment half-truth and half-meant to butter her up.

"And you had any ideas on how to accomplish this?"

"The most obvious answer is a knife to the throat, but that's easier said than done.
We saw at Highgarden that Lady Alicent was able to escape by causing a public scene and getting Lord Eldon to break the betrothal. Lady Tanda isn't shrewd enough to figure that one out herself, but there are plenty of individuals who can help us engineer a scandal. I'm thinking of an dashing and attractive young men like Ser Addam, but unlike our cousin, expendable. Lord Cordwayner or perhaps one of Lord Durwell's brothers could be good options? That or we find a way for an absolute rogue like Ser Simon Tarly or the Roughneck to get tied up in the mess and have them all destroy each other?"
His first idea was a solid one, his second was clearly an invention of the milk of the poppy and his own vindictive nature.

"Lady Alicent also enjoys the fact that her lord brother does not give a shit as long as her husband has no Rhoynish blood in his veins, and that she can live under Lord Tyrell's roof on a stipend from the crown until her marriage" Lysette grimaces. "Did you suggest simply taking a septa's vows? Lord Eldon is unlikely to be appeased by any fate for her that is more pleasant, your scandal would only serve to force the issue"

"I suggested a septa's vows, yes, but we both agreed that whatever sept housed her would be forced to surrender her back to her lord father. Perhaps if she was shuttled off to Dorne or the North where Lord Peake has less influence she could escape?
Otherwise she could find some someone to marry outside of the Reach? It would have to be either someone very powerful who could protect her from Lord Piggy's wrath or someone very foolish who is oblivious to the danger that marrying Tanda would pose."

"And is this her making excuses for why she will not sneak away to take the vows? Lysette does seem to have a few suspicions regarding Tanda's thoughts on the matter. "If the idea is to make Lord Eldon break the betrothal and she is a willing participant, you might as well have that pleasure, it is not likely to make the pig increase his desire to see your head on a pike, though I would suggest Redtusk if desiring to avoid retribution from Starpike, or if she cares nothing for what happens to her co-fornicator, she can be discovered by a certain septon or one like him, fucking a stableboy, or three of them to make the tale spread further and faster."
"But this all assumes that she would be a willing participant to begin with, give up her maidenhead in order to trade the pigs bed for a motherhouse, she will be too well watched for any rape to be successful, willing elopement might be difficult enough"
