Mikel's morning had been like every other morning except after his morning exercises and drills he looked for Robyn who he had made arrangements with for an early morning bout. "Good morning, Ser. This is a wonderful way to bring in the morning. Do you need anything before we begin?" Mikel his good plate which bore his colors and had the image of his coat of arms etched into the chest plate and colored appropriately.

Robyn was wearing fine armor, seemed to be pretty new by the look of it, that was fitted to his body perfectly. It wasn't as ornate as Ser Mikel's, by any means. Robyn was a new knight, and for the most part, only had run of the mill equipment. His sword was the same he had been using for years, and was also the one that helped him survive the occurrence that gave him his title. He smiled eagerly at Mikel, giving him a slight bow, "Good morning back at you, Ser. I think this is the ideal location for this morning; pointing a sword lovingly at a friends torso," he laughs a full belly laugh before taking his position across the field.
Ok, so Robyn is still new to this, so he just has Full Plate, Bastard Sword, Longsword, and a shield, large. Once the tournament is done, he will have plenty to spend on superior items ahah. He also has Armor Master, reducing the AP and bulk by one.
CD: 10 AR: 11 HP: 24/24
Movement is reduced to 3 because of 3 points of bulk

Robyn would chuckle and take a low stance, trying to read what the knight before him would do and is capable of. He wasn't scared, this is a friendly match, but Robyn felt the snap in him, the same he felt when he saved Lady Falyse. This is a call to action, and Robyn knew just how to channel it.
I seem to have done a mistake, and in looking, my CD should just be 12, because my AP is just -3. My bad! SC- Mikel v Robyn : Initiative: 3d6-3 6
Looks like youre going first!

Mikel came forward methodically, his shield up and his sword resting on his shoulder with the blade pointed behind. Then he sprang forward at an angle to attack Robyn, making a long slash which came down at angle towards Robyn's helmet. It was aggressive and easy to see, and assuming Robyn had a competent Master at Arms he would be likely to move to a side or forward instead of away. Given the way Mikel approached, he was betting on Robyn moving to a side, specifically Mikel's shield side. When Mikel spotted movement he sprang forward again, pushing his weight into his shield and his shield into Robyn - at the angle he had moved in from he felt confident that Robyn would be knocked to the ground.
[OOC: If the maneuver is successful Mikel was attempting to move Robyn one yard to Robyn's right]

Robyn's grip on his longsword tightened as he stared down his foe, trying to figure out what the best way to approach was. He had never actually been in a one on one fight before, save for that brief moment with the murderer he so despised. In that fight, Robyn didn't do as well as he thought he would, and barely landed a hit before grabbing his horse and running away. That lack of confidence and overthinking caused Robyn to miss the first opportunity to strike, and as Ser Mikel took it, Robyn quickly brought up his sword into a hanging parry, before moving to his right, offsetting his balance, where Mikel saw and knocked him over for his trouble. Robyn stood quickly, turning to face Ser Mikel with a laugh, ramming himself into the knight as a test of strength. He didn't need to knock him hard, just hard enough. He then adjusts his footwork, lowering himself closer to the ground, trying to throw off his opponents attacks.
Ok, now lets fix this mistake of a post shall we? SC- Mikel v Robyn: Get Up Agility (Acrobatics): 3d6k2 9
So he is up, but as a price of one lesser action. Robyn, seeing how well it worked for Ser Mikel, will do the same type of Knockdown action

Robyn brought up his shield as the attack came in, knocking it to the side as he lets loose a laugh. He was going to have fun with this, at least, make it feel like he was having fun. Don't want anyone to think he was dead set on winning in this friendly sparing match. He swung his sword at Mikel's stomach, hoping that he would jump out of the way to his left, hopefully catching him off guard enough to rush him, positioning himself to have one foot behind his opponents, using his shield arm to toss him to the ground.
Given the options, Robyn is going to do the maneuver option. That negative option is so good. SC- Mikel v Robyn: Manuver: 6d6k4+1 21
That should at least make him move, even if it doesn't succeed by the 2 DoS SC- Mikel v Robyn: Knockdown: 6d6k4 16
If at first you don't succeed, try try again. Still defensive, just trying to get a leg up on his opponent

Robyn - Grab: 8d6k5+1 26 Mikel remembered his fight against Jonothor, and decided if he was going to spend any more time on the ground he may as well enjoy it. As he fell he kicked out hoping to hoping to hook one of Robyn's feet with his own and when that failed he sat up to a knee and projected himself forward, dropping his bastard sword and locking an arm around Robyns lead leg with his helmed head pushing into his waist, Mikel keep his shield high and against his own head to protect him as he readied for a further effort.

Robyn looked down at Ser Mikel, growling down at him with a laugh, "Ser, im afraid my affections are spoken for," before giving him a proper shove, hoping it would knock the fellow off.
Contested for first LA, will decide what to do from there. SC- Mikel v Robyn: Get out of Grab: 4d6+1 19Lets see if that works

Robyn, realizing that his opponent isn't letting go, drops his sword, and swings down at him, attempting to wail on the knight to force him to let him go.

Robyn knows that this is not where he stands the best chance to do any damage, especially since he is weaponless, and his fist isn't going to do any damage, compared to that stiletto that MIkel wielded. He reached down, trying to grab the sword, but the grip his opponent has on him limits his movement, and though he managed to hold onto it, he cant seem to get it out of his opponents grasp
Robyn is going Reckless, trying to disarm this thing. GA: Disarm Fighting (Brawling) vs Passive fighting SC- Mikel v Robyn: Disarm: 6d6+1 25 I had too many d6s, only supposed to keep 5.
SC- Mikel v Robyn: Disarm: 6d6k5+1 17 +1D for Reckless, +1b since considered an attack against the prone opponent?
Talented wouldn't help it beat your score by 2 degrees.
